Join me each day as we pray for our nation until the election crisis has resolved. I’ll be reading the daily Give Him 15, making comments, and then we will pray together. Let's Appeal to Heaven for America.

If you are trying to understand why all this is happening from a spiritual perspective, this is a recent sermon from Johnathan Cahn, the same rabbi/prophet/christian who wrote the Harbinger, and led the Return on the mall a month ago.

"Americans break into two roughly evenly matched camps on the question of whether the government should enact heavy taxes on the rich to redistribute wealth in the U.S. Forty-seven percent believe the government should redistribute wealth in this way, while 49% disagree, similar to views Gallup found four years ago."

"For all of America's cherished belief in choice and freedom, it remains an astonishing fact that the U.S. government forces citizens over the age of 65 into a subpar health plan of its choosing. And so it is with some hope that we greet a new federal lawsuit that aims to allow senior citizens to flee Medicare. The suit comes courtesy of Kent Masterson Brown, a lawyer who has previously tangled with the government over Medicare benefits. Mr. Brown represents three plaintiffs who are suing the federal government to be allowed to opt out of Medicare without losing their Social...

Hal Lindsey--"UNCOVERED: RUSSIAN-SYRIAN-IRANIAN AXIS For students of Bible prophecy, even the title of this communiqué should set off alarm sirens. I just received some electrifying intelligence data. First, from the Debka-Net-Weekly’s briefing. And second, from some personal intelligence sources (I carefully guard) that confirm Debka’s report....."

Today on WMAL in DC, Fred Grandy referred to an opinion piece that he said Grover Norquist wrote regarding the Democrats learning to live without any power for the foreseeable future--like a neutered dog. It was a hoot and I would like to find it. Can you help?

"AP becomes sole source for vote-counting on election day" "Six major US media organizations such as ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, Fox News Channel and the AP have formed the National Election Poll(NEP) to replace VNS. This time, the media organizations signed contracts with two veteran polling companies -- Mitofsky International and Edison Media Research that will conduct exit surveys for the Nov. 2 presidential election. The two polling companies agreed that the AP, which has been counting the vote since its founding in 1848, would be their sole source for vote counts. Each of the news organizations will use data...

There is a hoard of reporters so I would imagine this will find its way into the MSM and be exaggerated. Protestors chained themselves to the building's main doors and marched around the building and quite a few were arrested. 20-30 at most.

It finally dawned on me today. Ahah. My local Boston Market (Burke, VA) has removed ham from its menu--all the ham/pork products. This is in spite of the fact that the corporate menu still includes ham. I did happen to notice quite a few muslims working at the restaurant. So what do you think about that? Personally, I find it pretty offensive that the freedom of many is affected by the Islamic dietary laws in public franchises.

John Kerry has a tendency to oversimplify complex matters. Two of the important ones he keeps raising are: 1) Americans should have the right to import cheaper drugs from Canada 2) the fact that we are only inspecting 5% of containers coming into the country Just wanted to add two more cents to comments that are out there: Regarding Drugs from Canada The President is right to let the experts sort this one out because it is fraught with peril. I don't always see eye to eye with the FDA but they have a right to be concerned because: 1)...
