Reuters is biased. Why don’t you read my comment? I’m pointing out the problem with the corrupt justice system, how they put Democrats above the law and Trump and his supporters below the law.

Officer Riley charged with obstructing an FBI investigation because he delated Facebook messages with two people who were at the Jan. 6 mostly peaceful protest.

I'll bet he didn't destroy 33,000 of the documents beyond recovery with BleachBit like Hillary did when she was under investigation by her corrupt supporters at Obama's FBI and DOJ. And that was portrayed as a big joke, "But her emails."

What do Democrats, the DOJ, the FBI, and their biased media have to do before some people see how they put Democrats above the law and the opposition below the law?

And remember how the corrupt "judge" Anthony Trenga (appointed by Bush but donates to Democrats not Republicans) threw out the charge of lying to the FBI for Danchenko, the primary source of the fake Steele dossier used to frame a president, because he said he didn't "talk" with a Democratic operative who worked for Putin when they communicated through email?

Yup. They stopped pretending it is fake. They just treat it like it doesn’t exist. The mainstream media is so corrupt and partisan.

It doesn’t matter. We are living in a corrupt nation verging on a police state, and Democrats are rarely held accountable and the Republican opposition is persecuted by the legal system. I believe they will soon indict Trump for a creative legal theory of a crime. They are imprisoning and torturing people who were at the Capitol riots before trial. The only thing standing in the way of total single-party dictatorship is Joe Mansion, and do you really trust him? Remember when everything was left to establishment Republic Mueller’s bible-study buddy Bill Barr? How did that go? Mansion’s record has always been to stand up to Democrats only when they don’t need him. I think there is a good chance that his reluctance to remove the filibuster is an act. I think soon he will throw up his hands and say he tried to work with Republicans and failed. Once they remove the filibuster they add two Democratic states, DC and Puerto Rico, which will give them a permanent majority in the Senate. Then they pass the voting bill which will allow the ruling party to cheat in elections. Then they will pack the Supreme Court. And they will continue to flood the nation with Democratic voters. They will continue to use their corporate allies to censor and destroy the opposition. They will continue to use the FBI, DOJ, NSA, and local prosecutors to imprison the opposition. Many of the Republicans are either useful idiots like Jeff Sessions or corrupt RINO’s like Rod Rosenstein, Paul Ryan, and Christopher Wray who is using the FBI as a special police force for the Democratic Party. About half of the country is brainwashed by Pravda and filled with so much loyalty for the Democrats and hate for Trump that they welcome totalitarianism since from the party the think are the good guys

I wish I had a solution. I plan to get more active on my blog this summer. We need to dump the establishment and feckless Republicans. The ONLY Republicans who fought Mueller's coup were the Freedom Caucus in the House. Paul Ryan (the worst of the worst), Lindsey Graham, and Trey Gowdy supported Mueller even after he put together a laughably partisan team. Lindsey Graham apologized and held half-assed hearings way too late. And he should have had Mueller on the stand every day exposing him to more and more Americans that he is a corrupt, senile, never-Trump RINO who knew nothing about the investigation. Instead, he warned Democrats not to call Mueller to the stand and allowed Mueller not to show up instead of compelling him to testify with subpoenas. Mueller was a gift, and Graham refused to take it. Too bad Mueller's buddy Barr and Deep State Durham turned out to be either incompetent or members of the deep state there to clean up Mueller's mess and stall Trump from a real investigation until the Democrats could steal the election. It was dangerous to base everything on two establishment creeps. I've been saying since Trump left office that the corrupt partisan judges and prosecutors in NY are building a fake Rico case against Trump:

And the Republicans on the Supreme Court let them do it. Where was my favorite Clarence Thomas??? And it seems the two creeps Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh love to screw Trump every chance they get though he fought so hard for them. Perhaps they want to prove to the Democrats that they are independent.

It turns out the corrupt appeals court overturned the judge's decision to throw out Bijan Rafiekian. I hope he is appealing it to the Supreme Court, but those RINOs probably won't take the case just like they refused to take the election fraud cases. The whole damn system is corrupt. We certainly don't live in a free country anymore. And the Republicans are too corrupt and feckless to do anything about it.

This is the partisan Democratic hack judge who rummaged through Trump's other lawyer Michael Cohen's files. For the first time in the History of America, the FBI raided the home and office of a lawyer using a weak theory of a campaign finance violation as an excuse. Many people including Obama have committed campaign finance violations, but no one has ever had their lawyer raided. What also more ironic is this fake hack partisan "judge" is a Bill Clinton appointee. So after two decades of Democrats telling us it was perfectly fine for Bill Clinton to commit multiple felonies of perjury and suborning of perjury to cover up consensual sex he was having with a subordinate in the White House while he was president, these Democrats were raiding a president's personal lawyer on the weak theory that he committed a crime to cover up consensual sex he had over a decade before he stepped into the White House. And I think some people have been confused by the biased media's use for the term "hush money" which sounds illegal. That was not the alleged crime. It is perfectly legal to pay someone to sign a nondisclosure agreement form to hide an affair from the public. The alleged crime was that Trump didn't report it as a campaign expense. This is ridiculous because when John Edwards had a millionairess pay his campaign workers a million dollars to keep quiet about an affair Edwards was having during the 2004 campaign, the FEC ruled that it was not a campaign expense because though the campaign benefitted from the payment, there was good reason to make the payment besides the campaign... you know... his family. Other men besides Bill Clinton have good reason to keep the affairs from going public. I know that is difficult for many Democrats to understand.

So now these partisan Democratic prosecutors, judges, and former judges are using the FARA law as an excuse to raid Trump's other two personal lawyers. I don't think that people understand that no one is accusing Guiliani of doing anything illegal in Ukraine. They are accusing him of not filling out a FARA form when investigating Biden in Ukraine. That, of course, is ridiculous since he was working for Trump and not Ukraine. However, the reasoning doesn't matter when they have corrupt partisan judges like Kimba Wood who allow them to do this. Remember, this is the same party that bought the fake Steele dossier so they could spy on and frame the opposition president. Of course, no lawyers have ever been raided due to FARA violations. In fact, until the partisan prosecutors on Mueller's team decided to use alleged FARA violations that took place before people worked for Trump to get plea deals for people working for Trump, the government didn't enforce FARA. They would send letters to foreign lobbyists who didn't fill out their FARA forms. Therefore, many people in DC didn't bother filling out their FARA forms. I guess Weissmann thought he was shooting fish in the DC barrel when he deiced to use FARA to coerce plea deals, but he lost every FARA case where his victim refused to sign a plea fought him in court. He even lost on appeal due to lack of evidence to General Flynn's partner, Bijan Rafiekian, who was accused of the same FARA violation of which Flynn and his son were accused. Of course, it doesn't matter if you have a case strong enough for court when you have corrupt partisan judges okaying everything you do. It is no secret Kimba Wood is Hillary's good friend and officiated over George Soros wedding.

So now with weak excuses, Democrats have raided THREE of Trump's lawyers. Is this the country we want to live in with one party using the legal system to take political prisoners?

I’ve been writing how the Capitol protesters are being framed and tortured by corrupt Democratic prosecutors. I pointed out to Democrats that the treatment is so horrific that even Elizabeth Warren spoke out against it.

What do you mean where have I been? You act like you are the only one who noticed this. Ridiculous. What gave you the impression that you are telling me something I don't know? Because I want to do something about it instead of throw up my hands in defeat? I've been writing about the Stalinist treatment of the Republicans who protested in the Capitol since the riots. I've been arguing that the death toll was BS since the first article came out portraying the three who died of medical causes as victims of the riot. I've lost friends who don't like what I've been saying. Yeah, the Republicans stink, but they are better than the Democrats. And we are trying to purge the Republican party of Establishment RINOS. Some of the biggest supporters of Mueller in Congress were Paul Ryan, Tray Gowdy, and Lindsey Graham. The Democrats are doers. These RINOs are followers.

Once someone is charged with RICO, you don’t even have to go to court to freeze their assets. Also, they can easily win a fake case against Trump in NY with a partisan jury, judges, and prosecutors. Do you think Derek Chauvin was guilty of murder? The corrupt judge kept it in a city where Chauvin couldn’t win, and he refused to sequester the jury, so Democrats like Maxine Waters could threaten them.

I wouldn’t bet on that. The Democrats took Tom DeLay to court and prosecuted him. They did it to General Flynn and Scooter Libby. They have no problem locking up political opposition.

I know. And we are just sitting back and letting this happen.

They framed and destroyed the political careers of Tom DeLay and Newt Gingrich. Both were eventually exonerated after years. Also, if Trump is charged with RICO, they can freeze his assets before he goes to court.

Of course it is a witch hunt. All they have to do is make three claims of illegality in the Trump organization. Trump doesn't have to be involved. Remember how they framed Gingrich with a creative theory of tax fraud in the 1990s and DeLay with a creative theory of money laundering a few years ago?
