The War on Terror continues, and the terrorists have gotten in several blows with strikes in London, and now in Egypt. Sure, go ahead and blame it on the United States, or western civilization's lack of "understanding" of the oppressed Arab nations. Sure go ahead, or perhaps... rest of story

Top 10 TV Entertainers of all Time In light of Johnny's recent passing, I started thinking of how big an entertainer he truly was. There have been few TV people that even approach his league of "big time", however I have managed to compile what I think are the greatest 10 TV Entertainers of all time. Keep in mind this is not a list of MY favorite entertainers of all time, but an objective view. This is no mathematical formula, but I did consider their lasting value, longevity on the air (including re-runs), and just a general feeling for them....

Howard Dean won the backing of state Democratic Party leaders Monday, putting him in a strong position to win the chairmanship of the Democratic National Committee. "If all of our members vote for him, that will be half of what he needs to win the chairman's job," said Mark Brewer, chairman of the Association of State Democratic Chairs. The party's presidential front-runner in 2003 won 56 votes from the state chairs and Democratic activist Donnie Fowler won 21 during a national conference call. The state chairs ignored a recommendation made Sunday by the executive committee to back Fowler. Other candidates'...

Successor to Limabugh? Settle down, settle down, I'm not saying that Rush is going anywhere, but an interesting thought did occur to me. When RushLimbaugh does call it quits, who will be the one to take over the # 1 slot in talk radio. Who will be the new talk radio king? I used to think it would be Sean Hannityfor sure, but now I'm not so sure? Michael Savage perhaps? No, he'll never be mainstream enough. What about Glen Beck ? He's funny, witty, and doesn't get boring like Sean, or isn't crazy like Savage. Then it came to...

Canadians loving O'Reilly On the O'Reilly Factor, Bill O'Reilly reads 2 Canadians emails about his show now being on in Canada: Canadian Emailer # 1 (PEI) "Bill, the CBC portrayed you as a scary, evil liar, Congratulations!" Canadian Emailer # 2 (Ontario) "Hello Fox News, goodbye CBC." How can this be? Canadians embracing the extreme right wing-wacko news channel of Fox? The truth hurts - and CBC, it's a good thing you don't have to compete in the free market, or you'd really be hurting. Now Bill O'Reilly receives thousands.... Glenn Beck, The sick Freak! Ok, ok, ok, so I've been a little bit critical of the right wing talk radio guys lately, but not today! In my opinion the next great success story in talk radio will be Glenn Beck. If you've never heard his show, it's on from 9-12 eastern (a great show leading up to Rush). To Listen Live Click Here Now Glen Beck is genuinely hilarious, and has a great mix between political/entertainment content, sound effects, impressions, and plain ol' fun! He's probably my 2nd or 3rd favourite guy on the talk radio airwaves. He has...
  • Bush Says Iraqi Leaders Will Want U.S. Forces to Stay to Help

New York Times ^ | jan 28, 05 | By ELISABETH BUMILLER, DAVID E. SANGER and RICHARD W. STEVENSON
WASHINGTON, Jan. 27 - President Bush said in an interview on Thursday that he would withdraw American forces from Iraq if the new government that is elected on Sunday asked him to do so, but that he expected Iraq's first democratically elected leaders would want the troops to remain as helpers, not as occupiers. "I've, you know, heard the voices of the people that presumably will be in a position of responsibility after these elections, although you never know," Mr. Bush said. "But it seems like most of the leadership there understands that there will be a need for coalition...

Sean Hannity, a pretty boy? (home) The other day, I wrote a comment suggesting that Sean Hannity isn't all that great as a conservative voice, not because he's wrong, but because he get's old - fast.... tiring. However, What surprised me was how many people replied with comments about how he's just a pretty face, or just a good lookin' guy, or how the women really like him, etc. Not that I care personally, but is Sean Hannity good looking? I just figured he's an average looking guy at best. I'm hoping he is good looking, because that's good news...

Michael Savage is going, going, gone? Michael Savage when I first starting listening to him, seemed to be the only guy who would just - tell it like it is! Hey, he still does. I don't know that he really preaches conservatism, but certainly bashes liberalism - and stupidity non-stop. He will also rip Bush for Illegal Aliens, and wasting of money - where other talk show hosts, won't really do it (hey, at least not with passion - admit it!) However, Michael Savage  has got a problem(s). I think he's lazy maybe - at least compared to the other...

Sean Hannity at Hannity.com Sean Hannity seems to me to be the most ambitious guy in talk radio and on TV. His conservatism and optimism have taken him right to the top. I must say when I first heard Sean Hannity I thought, wow this guy is gunning for Rush LImbaugh's top spot, and is going to catch him in no time. He has big, big guests, always wins his arguments, and is a genuine nice guy. Then something happened - I started getting annoyed. It's not that I really disagreed with the guy, but I'm just having trouble listening...

If you haven't had the chance to listen toMichael Savage I'd really recommend it! It's pretty interesting. While Rush, and Hannity seem to be singing Bush praises, the perhaps more honest Michael Savage is putting Bush in his place. Especially as it relates to homeland security and illegal immigration. I'm a big time conservative, and how can any honest conservative not be upset with the porious borders, and the fact that republicans control all gov't and don't seem to be doing anything about it! Michael Savage is calling him out.
  • Glenn Beck hilarious with the Boy Scouts

Glenn Beck covered the Boy Scouts selling pop-corn right in front of the ACLU headquarters the other day. It was a thing of beauty. He also bought a wack of popcorn from the kids. It was really pretty funny ,and nice to see. I mean, it made the ACLU look like the petty thugs they are, with the boyscouts taking the "fight" to them. Great job Glenn Beck. Glenn Beck is on the way up... You better look out hannity, or you'll lose your #2 spot! If you haven't done so yet, check out Glenn's show every morning. LISTEN LIVE...

If President George W. Bush reads the Washington Post today, he may see the critical greeting from concerned citizens in Norway, printed in today’s issue. The ad the Norwegian anti – Bush campaign tellhim.no has been collecting money for was printed in the Washington Post Tuesday. Spread across half a page, tellhim.no states that the Norwegian population does not support the war in Iraq. The ad is printed in the form of an open letter to President Bush, signed «concerned citizens and organizations of Norway.» The original plan was to print a full-page ad in the Washington Post, however, the...

Rumours have been, that there is a force out there created by the Democratic National Committee, encouraging (strongly), Democrats to manipulate internet polls, immediately after the debates. This strategy seems to be working, and the left-leaning media, continues to report their "un-scientic" polls (as they call them) without dismissing them as they should. Even smaller political websites, such as www.rightliner.com, have been influenced dramatically, along with msnbc.com, cnn.com, etc. It is possible that an impression might be made by the left, that Kerry is in fact winning these debates - overwhelmingly, while in fact not doing so at all. This...

A hunter who managed to fight off an attack by a 700-pound bear then almost killed himself when he tripped over his gun. Marin Cogev, 55, was hunting in woods near Milkovica in Bulgaria when he was attacked by the bear from behind. The bear tried to crush him with its arms but he managed to hit the animal on the head with the butt of his shotgun and then fired a shot in the air. The bear released his grip and ran away. But when Cogev turned to go after the bear he slipped, tripped and fell and his...

Vote for your winner @ www.rightliner.com ....Bush get's off his heals last night, and goes after Kerry, and it worked. Bush came off looking strong, not defending his position. And now onto the 3rd and final debate. Perhaps it's now a wash, and the 3rd debate will likely gain the smallest audience. However we are set up for a 3rd debate shoot-out.
