Similarly, it seems to me that a promise made by a politician, in return for one’s vote, becomes a contract once the vote is cast. If the politician then fails to perform in accordance with his promise, why is that not an actionable breach of contract?
They set him up, they knew it would be a disaster and this would be their best chance to make a move to get rid of him before the election.
Yep, and as I've opined elsewhere here, Special Counsel Hur did his part by describing Joe as elderly with a poor memory. All part of a grand scheme. But will Dr. Jill passively stand by and allow them to dethrone her?
By painting Biden as an “elderly man with poor memory,” it appears that Hur is working hand in glove with those plotting to replace Biden at some point with another candidate (Newsome? Big Mike?).
I have three friends in NYC, who tell me that conditions are even worse than are being reported in the media. (And only one of the three voted for this!)
