Just saw this text on the bottom of the CNN screen: “Passenger reports seeing fire come from back of ferry.” That’s not an exact quote, but the gist of it. FWIW
No, it’s not pseudo-intellectual junk. There are still people who read the NT in Greek and the Septuagint OT - which is the version Christ himself quotes on numerous occasions.
If you’re hitching your wagon to Palin, you’re going to be disappointed. Nominating her is the quickest way to assure Obama’s re-election. I do NOT get the fascination many have with her. While I agree RINOs are a big problem, Palin is not the solution to that problem.
Of course I realize why “official documents” exist. I’m just saying: why would someone run a bogus birth announcement all those years ago? What could they possibly have to gain. It just doesn’t make any sense to me.
From what I know, yes they have. Even the gentlemen who filed the suit that is currently being reviewed by SCOTUS grants that Obama was born in HI. He’s challenging the citizenship thing on some other grounds.
Obama was doing (or reportedly doing) quite well in a few counties in southwest Virginia. I grew up and that area, and there are at least a couple of counties that do vote dem pretty regularly. I think this could hurt him in those counties, and if things are as close as they’re saying in VA, this could help move VA into the red column once again. Let’s hope so!

Well, I’d pretty much written off the following: CO, IA, and VA. I actually gave NH to McCain. If the above happens, it looks to me like McCain would lose 277-261 in electoral votes. (That’s assuming he doesn’t win PA). Am I missing something? Maybe I’ve written off VA and CO prematurely?
