First, you mean the “Wide Latina”. Second, the problem here isn’t whether we agree with her wideness, its there is no law to close the loop. Kavanaugh is right, the constitution doesn’t make a declaration so its up to the states; and her wideness’ sentiment is right, but there should be laws to close the loops.
There were a lot of people who legitimately died due to contracting Covid. Most had comorbidities. Lets not forget it was man made virus in a Wuhan lab invented to wreak havoc, and our bodies had no internal memory (antibodies) to fight it.

Of course it can. The same way it became a case in the first place. We absolutely cannot assume that an appeal will be cleaner or more fair that what’s going on now.
