CNN senior legal analyst Elie Honig said Tuesday on “The Source” that during the New York business record case, adult film star Stormy Daniels’ cross-examination by former President Donald Trump’s lawyers was “disastrous.”
Honig said, “It’s hard for me to believe that a juror heard that and thought, this is entirely made up. There may well be some embellishments…but I think it’s quite clear they had sex in 2006 in that hotel room. But the cross-exam, boy, her responses were disastrous. I mean, ‘Do you hate Donald Trump?’ Yes. Of course, she does. That’s a big deal. When the witness hates the person whose liberty is at stake, that’s a big damn deal. And she’s putting out tweets, fantasizing about him being in jail. That really undermines the credibility.”

There is a whistleblower that says the whole thing was a scam she did with Cohen to get money out of Trump.

The case has NOTHING to do with sex...it's that he didn't list $130,000 blackmail paid to whore...

What can the jury be thinking...no way can they see her as anything but a whore looking to blackmail Trump.

True, and his legacy will be sealed in history as the judge who purposefully and willfully allowed a corrupted case to go forward with the single intent of HIS to obstruct and interfere with a Presidential election - really a p*ss poor legacy even for an activist judge.
Imagine if Trump walked into court with a suit covered in knee pads with Willie Brown written on them. Everyday he could wear a message. It would leave a mark.
I will tell you something else. Trump has his own line of cologne. He would not have Old Spice in his bathroom cabinet.

Of course it can. The same way it became a case in the first place. We absolutely cannot assume that an appeal will be cleaner or more fair that what’s going on now.

You actually expect Harvey Weinstein and Donald Trump to both receive equitable treatment in the NY courts? That part of the law got on the train and left town a long time ago.
Trump is under "God's Hedge of Protection" and WILL, in the end, PREVAIL!
