NEW YORK, Oct 25 (Reuters) - Moody's Investors Service on Monday revised the outlook on Sinclair Broadcast Group's (SBGI,Trade) debt rating to negative from stable, citing factors including lower-than-expected 2004 revenue growth, and concerns about revenue in 2005, a non-election year. An outlook revision to negative suggests the rating agency is more likely to cut Sinclair's debt ratings over the next 18 months. Lower debt ratings can result in higher borrowing costs. Sinclair's senior implied debt rating is "Ba3," the third highest junk rating.
