I spent some time in a small sized Japanese town on the Sea of Japan coast in the 90's. There was a small park with some low stone walls, and I asked about it. The low stone walls were all that was left of the local castle after the American battleships had shelled it. We literally were sailing up and down the coast blasting and bpmbing factories and military targets. Hello, they didn't understand they had lost when we could do that at will I also saw black UPS truck sized vans driving around town with men on top waving Imperial Japanese flags... this was the nationalist party, my host told me. They remember what happened, and it was war.

Personally, I’m waiting for Venezuela to grab Guyana’s oil fields. It’ll be a new revenue stream for the Bidens, Schumers, Pelosis, and McConnells of the world. Meanwhile our grocery costs have doubled. Soon they’ll decide that we should just replace all the Abrams with Bookers, and electric Bookers at that. The people that had to live through a world war are almost gone. Unfortunately it’s our children or grandchildren who will reap the results of our governments idiocy. And it’s Fort Benning, goll damn it.
My grandfather was the shop steward for a union in the 1920's when they sent in the Pinkertons to bust the Unions. In the 1960's he told me that unions were not needed anymore as they had gotten health, safety, and retirement fund laws passed. Now they are crooks, and they treat the workers like that Union Rep Sherman treated the farmers of Ga.
