A 15-year-long court case was given new life on Wednesday when the highest court in Italy published its decision affirming the merits of a plagiarism suit brought by the inventor of Western Kentucky's mascot against a large Italian media company. Western Kentucky and companies that had bought the school's international merchandise licenses originally sued Silvio Berlusconi's Mediaset and Antonio Ricci, the creator of a similar-looking character named Gabibbo, for $250 million in 2003. When the school didn't prevail, the case was refiled by the parties with Ralph Carey, who created Western Kentucky's Big Red character in 1979.

Just ran across this website. Sounds like an attempt to organize groups (SEIU, etc) to go into the typically peaceful tea party protests and pose as "tea party" folks--thus probably causing fights, mayhem, "chanting racial slurs", etc...since they couldn't PROVE tea party folks were spitting, causing fights, or yelling racial slurs, guess they have to do it themselves. President Obama, typically cowering from those in uniform, awarded himself the esteemed Medal of Honor. When asked for comment, he concluded, I only thought about it and, lo and behold, I was awarded it. I'm starting to believe the end of the Cold War has been a disservice primarily because an entire generation (well, many at least) wouldn't know what Marxism is if it bit them on the butt. Some of the "slogans", "sayings" and "topics" used in this Obama campaign comes right out of the Communist Manifesto--not to mention some of the posters and placards which are incredible throw backs from the hey days of Red Square parades.
