Mom has Alzheimer's too. She is confused and discombobulated, and now apparently also has a stomach virus, very sick tonight. One of her caregivers has caught it too. You don't need to watch the whole 9 minutes. It's Stephen Colbert and I don't like him either, but his writers are pretty funny and he does deliver. It's his segment on the New Hampshire primary. Go forward to about 6 minutes in to just see the funny bit. It will be worth it. A tv news guy slipped and called him "Bernie Sandwiches," and Colbert produces a light hearted romp with it. I thank you in advance for sending up a prayer for my cousin. On his vacation with his wife, he fell in the night in his hotel room (not from his bed, not in the bathroom) and was unconscious when his wife, awakening from sleep, heard the thud of his fall. I just read a very recent op/ed in the New York Times about the retiring of Jon Stewart. I didn't bring it here because I so disliked it but if you wish to go read it, do so. It was a worship piece. I was a part of my family member's business, and as an employee of this small family business was able to get myself and 4 kids covered by a private insurance company with a great ppo plan though pricy.
