David McIntosh the president of the Club for Growth lobbying group that represents the interests of U.S. multinationals and Wall Street finance players, has organized another “donor retreat” session; where ‘donor retreat’ is the assembly of the Republican big club operatives who manipulate and control the Republican big club candidates, aka the establishment. The multinationals, led by CfG, are assembling to coordinate plans with, Nikki Haley, Tim Scott, Mike Pence, Glenn Youngkin and Mike Pompeo. .... Snip.... All preceding 2024 entrants are intended to weaken the America-First candidate through a series of planned, organized and media assisted unrelenting attacks. The...

Everything is always a conspiracy theory, until it’s not.Perhaps it’s just me but having followed the GOPe schemes and machinations for so many years it seems a little blasé to see the Wall St republican control groups begin open admissions about how they construct their planning sessions. However, for the interest of those who still think the larger Big Club design is all just a massive conspiracy theory, perhaps it is beneficial to record the actual moments as they happen.David McIntosh the president of the Club for Growth lobbying group that represents the interests of U.S. multinationals and Wall Street...

Former President Trump lashed out on Tuesday at the Club for Growth, a leading conservative group, after he was left off the guest list of its annual donor retreat. In a post on his social media site, Truth Social, Trump ripped the group as the “Club For NO Growth” and recounted how his ties to the group fell apart after disagreements over his endorsements in high-profile races in Alabama and Ohio last year. He also blasted the club for initially opposing his candidacy in 2016 before repeating his false claim that the 2020 presidential election was “rigged” against him. “The...

As I’m watching President Trump doing the familiar targeting of the GOPe roadmap, in this instance hitting the Club for Growth (CfG), my spidey senses are telling me their modified 2024 path will involve increased emphasis on the Republican Governors Association (RGA).In the 2020 midterms, the RGA headed by Arizona Governor Doug Ducey was positioning: specifically positioning Ron DeSantis. If the modified establishment roadmap rolls out as it looks right now, I suspect the RGA will play a key role in it.President Trump hit back against the always insufferable Club for Growth yesterday. The CfG, together with the Business Roundtable...

Former President Donald Trump made waves shortly after midnight Monday by criticizing the Club for Growth, deeming it a “globalist group” and asserting that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) and his donors are also globalists. “The Club For No Growth is a GLOBALIST group that I have been taking to the cleaners for years,” Trump wrote in a TruthSocial update, explaining that he worked with the group for a period of time but adding it “couldn’t get away from China, Europe, Asia, and part’s unknown.” “They know I won’t play that game, I am America First all the way. That’s...

Florida Gov. DeSantis is emerging as a bigger potential threat to President Biden than former President Trump, polls indicate. Though he’s not as well-known to voters overall, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is emerging as a bigger potential threat to President Joe Biden than former President Donald Trump, according to a new nationwide poll conducted for the conservative Club for Growth. The poll shows Trump losing to Biden 41-48% — an 8-percentage point disadvantage for the Republican that’s outside the poll’s 3-point error margin. But in a head-to-head matchup against DeSantis, Biden gets 42% of the theoretical vote compared to 45%...

A conservative group is trying to stop former Indiana governor Mitch Daniels from running for a U.S. Senate seat. Daniels has been considering a 2024 run to replace Senator Mike Braun, who is giving up the position to run for governor of Indiana. Club for Growth Action is now airing TV commercials that say Daniels is “wrong for Senate”. It is unclear when Daniels will publicly announce whether or not he will pursue the seat.

The conservative and influential Club for Growth announced it cut a deal with the super PAC affiliated with House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), signaling possible movement in the House speaker race after a stalemate had resulted in no speaker through six rounds of voting as of Wednesday afternoon. The deal with the McCarthy-affiliated super PAC, the Congressional Leadership Fund (CLF), involves CLF agreeing to stay out of open-seat Republican primaries in safely red districts, as well as CLF vowing not to enable other super PACs to do the same.

As soon as this information gets mainstream, watch for an entire tribe of ‘conservative’ pundits to suddenly find advocacy for the benefit of billionaires controlling politicians. Indeed, there will likely be a benefit to bookmarking this post.Against the backdrop of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis receiving 94% of his campaign support from multinational corporations, billionaires and Wall Street tycoons, there has been a debate about whether DeSantis would be a purchased GOP nominee for the presidency in 2024.Based on current available evidence, the announcement of a 2024 presidential bid is a mere formality, likely to surface later in 2023, as all...

Conservative commentator Kathy Barnette, who came in third in Pennsylvania's Senate Republican primary, is "having discussions" with Dr. Mehmet Oz's team about endorsing her former rival, she told the Washington Examiner in an interview Tuesday. For much of the campaign, the Pennsylvania GOP primary was centered on Oz, who was endorsed by former President Donald Trump, and businessman Dave McCormick. The two nearly tied when all the votes were counted, with Oz coming out on top by less than 1,000 votes. Barnette began surging in the polls during the final days of the race, as the battle between Oz and...

Pennsylvania U.S. Senate candidate Dr. Mehmet Oz slammed his primary opponent David McCormick for attempting to count undated mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania’s deadlocked Senate primary. In a statement posted to his Twitter account, the Oz campaign slammed McCormick for “following the Democrats’ playbook,” and eroding voters’ confidence in election integrity, after it was revealed that lawyers for the McCormick campaign were pressing state officials to count the undated mail ballots.“David McCormick has been a formidable opponent, but it is becoming obvious that he is likely going to come up short to Dr. Mehmet Oz,” Oz’s campaign manager Casey Contres said Saturday....

Kathy Barnette, a Republican Senate candidate in Pennsylvania, has a social media history packed with anti-Muslim and anti-LGBTQ sentiments, as well as conspiracy theories about former President Obama. (snip) Driving the news: Former President Donald Trump warned Republicans Thursday that Barnette's history will preclude her from winning a general election in Pennsylvania. Trump has endorsed celebrity TV doctor Mehmet Oz in the race. (snip) In one of the tweets, Barnette said "pedophilia is a cornerstone of Islam." (snip) Worth noting: Barnette talked derogatorily about Muslims, Islam and Obama in speeches as well, CNN reports.

In February 2022, I attended the Republican State Committee Meeting in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Our job, as state committee members, was to interview, vet, select, and support endorsed candidates through the primary and election cycles. This election cycle, for the first time in decades, the top three positions for governor, lieutenant governor, and Senate in Pennsylvania are "open seats." An open seat is when no incumbent is running, due to term limits or resignations. Open seats always draw more candidates. But this cycle, we Republican state committee members were called upon to complete the endorsement process for approximately 30 candidates, running...

Influential Republicans in Washington and among the nationwide party elite are having a belated "oh s--t" moment over the previously unimaginable prospect that Kathy Barnette could win their party's nomination for the open Senate seat in Pennsylvania. Why it matters: In Barnette, who's been soaring in the polls ahead of Tuesday's primary, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell would be dealing with a general election candidate who'd be an opposition researcher's dream — potentially endangering the GOP effort to take back the Senate. McConnell has been fixated on ensuring the 2022 midterms are not a repeat of the 2012 or 2010...

After months of a bruising television ad war between Dr. Mehmet Oz and David McCormick and their allies, the relatively shoestring campaign of Kathy Barnette, a conservative commentator showing surprising strength in the polls, will receive a late boost in the Republican primary for Senate in Pennsylvania. The Club for Growth, the pro-business and anti-tax group, began booking television ads on Tuesday on behalf of Ms. Barnette worth $2 million, according to AdImpact, the ad-tracking firm. The new ad has Ms. Barnette narrating her impoverished upbringing on “a pig farm in Alabama” and saying how “this country allowed a little...

Josh Mandel, once the flamboyant conservative frontrunner for the nomination who now looks threatened by the Trump-endorsed J.D. Vance, dished to GOPers in Washington that at least part of his absurd, extreme campaign rhetoric … is an act. From the book:Mandel, acknowledged to Republicans in Washington that he was parroting absurd rhetoric in the primary campaign out of a desire to court Trump and his supporters — but that was simply what he believed it would take to win.”In fact even as he publicly mimicked Trump’s incendiary rhetoric, Mandel would privately reach out to McConnell’s top lieutenants to alert them each...

Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) said on Sunday that former President Trump’s recent endorsements have all been “emotional decisions” not based on “political analysis.” During an appearance on ABC’s “This Week,” Christie pointed to Trump’s recent endorsement of GOP Senate candidate J.D. Vance in Ohio.
