John Roberts, or someone on his immediate staff, is the one who leaked the Dobbs decision a month ago. The votes to repeal Roe vs Wade and Casey vs Planned Parenthood was confirmed back in February, but Roberts has always wanted a compromise of some sorts that kept R v W. Roberts panicked and decided to leak the ruling & put pressure on the other 5 justices. The Republican party is vain. The current Republican party would have shunned George Washington for breaking the rules while fighting the British. Voters make excuses for supporting incompetence. I'm beginning to think that if Trump is the nominee, there is a good chance that he may pick Rubio as his running mate. Naturally, this is just a guess on my part but I have two reasons to speculate on this: 1. While Trump liberally criticizes Cruz, Kasich and Bush, I rarely hear him lambast Rubio. And, conversely, I don't recall Rubio going after Trump. At least not nearly as much as he does some of the other candidates. 2.
