EL CAJON – Two people working at a liquor store in a Broadway strip mall were shot to death – killed by single shots in the back of the head – inside the store late Wednesday night in what police described as a robbery gone bad. <p>EL CAJON, Calif. — A van carrying illegal immigrants and driving the wrong way with its headlights off crashed into a sports utility vehicle, killing at least six people and injuring more than 20, authorities said.</p> <p>The accident was reported at about 9 p.m. PDT Monday on Interstate 8 in the El Cajon area, about 50 miles east of San Diego, the California Highway Patrol reported.</p>
