Stephen Colbert was angrier than usual with the Senate after they failed to pass any of the proposed gun control bills this week. The Late Show host had a hard time believing that they couldn’t come together on something that so many Americans agree on, saying, “Ninety-two percent of Americans want to expand background checks for gun buyers, and you just ignore them. Since when does 8 percent of the population get to have total control of an issue?”

In a video reminiscent of a bad episode of “Who Wore it Better,†pop superstar Katy Perry channeled her inner Anchorman in a burgundy pantsuit while she “forecasted†the climate threat in a video for UNICEF (United Nations Children’s Fund.) UNICEF, a humanitarian program of the UN that provides assistance to mothers and children in developing countries, advocates for a strong legally binding global agreement to be the result of the Paris conference.

This page is dedicated to all of the Hollywood and other entertainers that supported Barack Obama in 2008 and their cult-like zombie fans that followed them like lemmings in voting for the Messiah. They often hold occult, religious beliefs, similar to Obama, that see the current/traditional American system as being evil, a system that must be overturned, in order to bring on a utopian, socialist system. This is part of the teachings of Black Liberation Theology, the seditious and racist doctrine of Obama’s pseudo-Church in Chicago, Trinity United Church of Christ. As its title suggests, Ben Harper’s ambitious new release “Both Sides of the Gun” has a split personality. Divided into two unlabeled nine-song discs (a special boxed edition contains a third CD of alternate takes and a live version of his 1999 “Burn to Shine” album track “Beloved One”), the set favors softer, acoustic-oriented and more personal songs on one program, harder-edged topical rockers on the other. It further separates the joy of his recent marriage to actress Laura Dern and his concern over current events like the war in Iraq and Hurricane Katrina.
