The Falkland Islands lie in waters belonging to Argentina, a United Nations commission has ruled, dealing a blow to the U.K.'s claims in the region. Argentina and the U.K. have been in a long-running dispute over which country rightfully controls the territory in the South Atlantic Ocean, dating back before the war they fought in 1982.

The Defence Ministry has approved a proposal from Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) to convert the Centaur-class aircraft carrier into a hotel. Argentine soldiers were beaten and tortured by their superior officers during the Falklands War, according to newly released documents. The documents are the first files released by Argentina's armed forces from the 1982 war against Britian. They include accounts of mock executions and soldiers being severely beaten for abandoning their posts to search for food. One soldier describes having his hands and feet bound and being left face down on the beach for eight hours. Another required surgery after being kicked in the testicles by an officer.

Two former CBS reporters have strongly disputed Bill O’Reilly‘s accounts of what happened one night when they covered a riot in Buenos Aires, but on The Factor tonight, O’Reilly brought on a former NBC News bureau chief who backed up his story.
