According to information on the police report, Henry was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Henry was the former chief White House correspondent for Fox and co-anchor of “America’s Newsroom.” After being accused of raping ex-Fox News employee Jennifer Eckhart and sexual harassment by another employee, Cathy Areu, Henry was fired by the network.
