The FBI cannot seem to stop trampling American citizens' constitutional rights. But some victims of government abuse have fought back. And their tenacity has left the bureau scrambling to save face. According to Rob Johnson, senior attorney at the nonprofit Institute for Justice, a landmark Fourth Amendment case pending in California might soon result in severe chastisement for the tyrannical FBI. In 2021, the bureau raided U.S. Private Vaults, a safety storage company based in Beverly Hills, California, on suspicion of money laundering -- a charge to which the company later pleaded guilty. While conducting their raid, however, FBI agents...

The FBI on Wednesday finally broke its silence and responded to the revelations on Twitter of close ties between the bureau and the social media giant—ties that included efforts to suppress information and censor political speech. “The correspondence between the FBI and Twitter show nothing more than examples of our traditional, longstanding and ongoing federal government and private sector engagements, which involve numerous companies over multiple sectors and industries,” the bureau said in a statement. “As evidenced in the correspondence, the FBI provides critical information to the private sector in an effort to allow them to protect themselves and their...

In a fiery exchange last month, CNN anchorwoman Abby Phillip told GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy that there was “no evidence” to support his claim that federal agents abetted protesters at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. Ramaswamy shot back that the FBI conspicuously has never denied that law enforcement agents were on duty in the crowd. He argued that federal officials have repeatedly “lied” to the American people about not only that investigation but one that has gotten much less attention: the alleged failed plot to kidnap and kill Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan in 2020. “It was...

The Department of Justice has recommended just six months of prison time for insurrection leader Ray Epps for his actions on January 6, 2021. Ray Epps is one of only a handful of mysterious operatives who directed Trump supporters into the US Capitol that day. The DOJ gave Ray Epps a plea deal because he cooperated with the FBI! BREAKING: The DOJ is recommending just six months in jail for Ray Epps, the only J6 defendant caught on camera telling people to go into the Capitol building. They say that they gave him a plea deal because he cooperated with...

Special Counsel Jack Smith wants to prevent President Trump from blaming provocateurs and undercover agents for the January 6 Capitol riot. “Through public statements, filings and argument in hearings before the court, the defense has attempted to inject into this case partisan political attacks and irrelevant and prejudicial issues that have no place in a jury trial,” Jack Smith’s 20-page filing said. “Although the court can recognize these efforts for what they are and disregard them, the jury — if subjected to them — may not. The court should not permit the defendant to turn the courtroom into a forum...

Nearly three years after the violent breach on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, a lawmaker presented FBI director Christopher Wray with a new theory about how people arrived at the Capitol that day. "Do you know what a ‘ghost vehicle’ is?" Rep. Clay Higgins, R-La., asked during a Nov. 15 House Committee on Homeland Security hearing. "You’re the director of the FBI, you certainly should. Do you know what a ‘ghost bus’ is?" Wray said he wasn’t familiar with the term. Higgins expounded. "These (ghost) buses are nefarious in nature and were filled with FBI informants dressed as...

Speaker Mike Johson (R-LA) backtracked and caved to the deep state and Democrats, moving to slip a deep state authorization into the defense bill. Reports say that congressional leaders, including Johnson, agreed to put an extension of Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The bill would extend Section 702 until April 19. This frustrated many conservatives, including those who were supposed to be instrumental in crafting the final texts for the NDAA. Rep. Majorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) released a video statement after she said that leadership asked conferees, which includes...

Trust in the FBI has never neen so low, and for good reason. They’re crooked, and they don’t seem to care if you know about it or not. Today on Capitol Hill, Senator Josh Hawley confronted disgraced FBI Director Christopher Wray about this deeply concerning issue. ... Josh Hawley is fed up with Chris Wray: "You said we do not...

A former FBI informant stabbed Derek Chauvin, the ex-police officer who was convicted for murdering George Floyd, according to court documents filed on Dec. 1. John Turscak, 52, stabbed Mr. Chauvin 22 times with an "improvised knife" in federal prison in Arizona, according to the documents. Mr. Turscak was subdued by responding corrections officers. Mr. Turscak later told officers he would have killed Mr. Chauvin if the officers had not responded so quickly, federal prosecutors said in the documents. The stabbing took place on Nov. 24 at about 12:30 p.m. Mr. Turscak waived his Miranda rights and told FBI agents...

The truth is starting to work its way to the surface and it does not bode well for Liz Cheney, Nancy Pelosi, and the fake news media. Recent footage released by InvestigateJ6 reveals police officers started firing on an unsuspecting crowd without warning. The Trump supporters had no idea they were going to be fired on by heavily armed police. The Trump supporters also had no idea that federal officers, and undercover police had invaded the pro-Trump crowd that had worked its way to the US Capitol. This video below by Investigate J6 is devastating. It shows police firing on...

Hamas has already penetrated American society, and CAIR is the tip of the spear. After Hamas massacred 1,400 men, women, and children in Israel last month, FBI Director Christopher Wray warned that the terror group “and its allies” could inspire attacks on Americans “here on our own soil.” He also told the Senate that the FBI is conducting “multiple, ongoing investigations” into people affiliated with the U.S.-designated terrorist group. What Wray didn’t say is that the FBI has been investigating Hamas’ biggest ally in America for the past 30 years — without seeking any charges. Launched in 1994 as a...

Last Monday the FBI said they did not “have specific and credible intelligence indicating a threat to the United States.” {link} Today, FBI Director Chris Wray says reported domestic threats have surged as conflict in Israel escalates. {link}The good news is it wasn’t just the CTH audience who laughed at the face of a highly politicalized FBI claiming last week there was no concern. The social media sphere and independent journalists were thoroughly eviscerating the FBI for their politically correct nonsense. The tides have changed, and the majority of the American people now see the naked stupidity of the FBI...

Donald Trump’s supporters are now in the FBI terrorist-investigation crosshairs, according to a new report in Newsweek. The agency has created “a new category of extremists that it seeks to track and counter: Donald Trump’s army of MAGA followers”; it’s targeting strident Republicans with some of the same counterterrorism methods honed to fight al Qaeda. Federal bureaucrats heaved together a bunch of letters to contrive an ominous new acronym for the latest peril to domestic tranquility. The result: AGAAVE — “anti-government, anti-authority violent extremism” — which looks like a typo for a sugar substitute. The great majority of the FBI’s...

Less than one year before Americans will begin casting their votes in the 2024 election, the FBI is singling out supporters of Republican frontrunner former President Donald Trump as domestic terrorists, a report from Newsweek shows. Testimony from more than a “dozen current or former government officials who specialize in terrorism” to Newsweek confirmed that this increase in targeting was born out of the FBI’s decision to lump Trump supporters into its expanded definition of “domestic extremism.” The nation’s federal law enforcement agency criminalizing opposition to the regime is not new, but it has drastically increased under President Joe Biden....

The claim by Newsweek is rather alarming – that the Dept of Homeland Security and FBI consider President Trump supporters as domestic violent extremists (DVE’s) in combination with official designation from the FBI as “domestic terrorists.”There’s nothing within the article, the citations or the quotes from multiple anonymous officials within the domestic surveillance system, that will seem a surprise if you take away the hyperbolic use of adjectives and descriptive statements. Yes, to the Newsweek readers, anyone who would challenge their worldview or political position is dangerous; after all, these are the same people who equate words with violence.Remember, DHS...

FBI agent Elvis Chan, who appeared to lie under oath about his role in censoring the Hunter Biden laptop story, failed to show up Thursday to his scheduled testimony before the House Judiciary Committee, a source familiar confirmed to the Daily Caller. The Judiciary Committee subpoenaed Chan on Sept. 21 to appear for an interview Thursday after he previously failed to attend a scheduled interview, the Daily Caller previously reported. Chan was nowhere to be found at the time the interview was scheduled, a source familiar told the Daily Caller.

The FBI had so many paid informants at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, that they lost track of the number and had to perform a later audit to determine exactly how many “Confidential Human Sources” run by different FBI field offices were present that day, a former assistant director of the bureau has told lawmakers. At least one informant was communicating with his FBI handler as he entered the Capitol, according to Steven D’Antuono, formerly in charge of the bureau’s Washington field office. D’Antuono has testified behind closed doors to the House Judiciary Committee that his office was aware...

Aretired FBI supervisor has revealed to Congress that the bureau’s Washington field office had a second “politically connected” informant providing information relevant to the Biden family investigation, but was asked to shut down the source in the fall of 2020 shortly before Joe Biden was elected president, Just the News has learned. Retired Special Agent Timothy Thibault, the former No. 2 supervisor in the FBI’s Washington field office, told the House Judiciary Committee last week in a transcribed interview he was somewhat taken aback when he received the request from the lead agent in the Hunter Biden tax case in...

A series of high-profile trials against ringleaders of the Capitol riot culminated last week in the sentencing of former Proud Boy leader Enrique Tarrio to 22 years in prison. More than 1,100 people have been already charged, but the investigation into the riot is far from over, writes the BBC's Mike Wendling. On 6 January 2021, Evan Neumann was near the front of the crowd that stormed into the US Capitol. Wearing a red Maga hat and a gas mask, he assaulted at least four police officers, punching them and bashing them with parts of a metal barricade. According to...
