COVINGTON, Ky. -- A 20-year-old man has admitted raping and killing his 3-year-old stepsister, News 5's Juliette Vara reported. Police said Jeff Bailer killed his stepsister, Cameron Stull, in their apartment at 9th and Philadelphia Wednesday afternoon. According to police reports, Bailer said he smothered the girl by covering her mouth and nose and admitted to sexually assaulting her. Bailer's 17-year-old sister said he admitted it to police.
