COVINGTON, Ky. -- A 20-year-old man has admitted raping and killing his 3-year-old stepsister, News 5's Juliette Vara reported.
Police said Jeff Bailer killed his stepsister, Cameron Stull, in their apartment at 9th and Philadelphia Wednesday afternoon. According to police reports, Bailer said he smothered the girl by covering her mouth and nose and admitted to sexually assaulting her.
Bailer's 17-year-old sister said he admitted it to police.
Cameron was face-down on the couch when the sister got home from school, she said. Family members thought the child was sleeping and left her alone.
Later, someone flipped her over and discovered she was dead, the sister said.
Bailer was arrested Thursday morning and charged with rape and murder.

Ugh!! Another of these disgusting and very depressing episodes. I just finished saying out loud 'Stop this madness' and I mean it. Animals and virtually every other life form on the Planet are not endowed with the innate evil some humans demonstrate. Terrible.
The morals and values of most prisoners are higher than that of this guy and I think they'll show their dissatisfaction in very special ways.

If this guy did this, not only will I throw the switch, I'll gladly dig the grave and throw this sorry excuse for one of God's creatures into it, still kicking, as I backfill the hole. Violent crime against the most innocent among us should produce the most severe penalties. No, it wouldn't be fun for me to take a baseball bat and beat this bast*rd to within a hair of his life before throwing him into a hole with a bunch of starving dogs, but I certainly would have a sense that justice was done. There is a special place in hell for his kind.

Child molesters should automatically be sentenced to death. When they also murder the child, they should also be subjected to torture prior to death.
