The FBI demanded the House Oversight Committee keep the bureau’s unclassified FD-1023 form confidential before its release by Republicans on Thursday (snip) The form contains FBI informant allegations of wrongdoing by then-Vice President Joe Biden. Specifically, it alleges that Joe Biden and Hunter Biden each received $5 million from Mykola Zlochevsky, the founder of Burisma Holdings, after Joe Biden threatened to withhold aid to Ukraine until then-President Petro Poroshenko fired a prosecutor investigating Burisma. (snip) “The safeguards the FBI placed on the production of this information are necessary to protect the safety of confidential sources and the integrity of sensitive...

Former President Donald Trump made a second attempt to quash a Georgia investigation into his efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in the state, filing a motion in the state’s supreme court and another court to bar the filing of any charges. Trump had already filed a motion in March to quash the investigation of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney has not yet made a ruling on the matter but is now named as a plaintiff in both suits, including one filed in the court where he serves as a judge.

Last week, we learned from IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley that U.S. Attorney David Weiss told multiple witnesses that the DOJ had instructed him not to pursue charges against Hunter Biden in California and Washington, D.C., even though Weiss and Attorney General Merrick Garland had insisted publicly that Weiss had complete authority in his investigation. Shapley’s claims have been confirmed by the New York Times.“But in mid-2022, Mr. Weiss reached out to the top federal prosecutor in Washington, Matthew Graves, to ask his office to pursue charges and was rebuffed, according to Mr. Shapley’s testimony,” the New York Times reported on...

More important to America’s future than unearthing Biden family corruption is uncovering corrupt bureaucrats who violate the rule of law.The confidential human source (CHS) behind the detailed allegations that then-Vice President Joe Biden agreed to accept money from a foreign national to affect policy decisions was reportedly “highly credible” and used by the FBI in multiple criminal investigations dating back to the Obama administration. Friday’s exclusive by Fox News provides further insight into Sen. Chuck Grassley’s focus on the FBI — as opposed to the Biden family — as the primary scandal in play.“We aren’t interested in whether or not...

During former President Trump’s speech at Mar-a-Lago on Tuesday following his arraignment in a Manhattan courthouse, ABC News blurred out the message written on his podium. “TEXT TRUMP to 88022” was displayed as a way to fundraise for his presidential campaign, but the news organization did not want their viewers to see this in what critics say is a case of “election interference.” ABC News blurs out “TEXT TRUMP to 88022” in its coverage of Trump’s post-arraignment speech as reports suggest the Trump campaign has raised over $10 million since his indictment. pic.twitter.com/nCrE3XzSS5— Charlie Kirk (@charliekirk11) April 5, 2023Looks like...

Global News in Canada reports CSIS offered briefings and memos that lay out Beijing’s attempts to influence and “subvert” Canadian elections.Delivered to the prime minister and several cabinet members in a series of briefings and memos first presented in January, the allegations included other detailed examples of Beijing’s efforts to further its influence and, in turn, subvert Canada’s democratic process, sources said.Based on...

There’s more breaking news about that “object” that was just shot down over the Yukon in Canada by USAF F-22 Raptor.According to the description by the Canadian officials, the description of the object was very similar to that of the object downed over Alaska on Friday. “We have no further details about the object at this time other than it appears to be a small, cylindrical object” pic.twitter.com/ocB4FnEVTQ— Acyn (@Acyn) February 12, 2023The official described it as “small, cylindrical,” and smaller than the Chinese spy balloon that was shot down by the U.S. military last week.It also appears to have...

Alternate headline: 36% of Americans aren’t on Twitter. Actually, given how small a percentage of Americans actually are on Twitter, this result from the latest Harvard-Harris/CAPS poll seems very surprising. If you’ve never been on Twitter, that is. Otherwise, welcome to the party, pal:One has to wonder whether those numbers have remained static or in fact are growing with the release of The Twitter Files, this generation’s Pentagon Papers. That analogy grows stronger as it becomes clearer just how much the platform co-opted itself to the bureaucrats in Washington, especially in the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security. Plenty of attention...

Attorney General Merrick Garland’s decision to appoint Jack Smith as a special counsel to investigate President Trump’s handling of government documents at Mar-a-Lago as well as January 6 needs to be thoroughly investigated and countered by the incoming GOP House of Representatives. They must study if this rogue Attorney General has committed impeachable offenses and, if so, act quickly to impeach him. President Biden and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s loss of a 100% Democrat-controlled January 6th Committee to Republicans now has all the makings of a Constitutional crisis. Rather than accepting that the other party is now in charge and...

The only demonstrable evidence of Russian interference in U.S. politics came quietly out of the U.S. Department of Justice today, with the unsealing of an indictment charging a Russian national with “orchestrating a years-long foreign malign influence campaign that used various U.S. political groups to sow discord, spread pro-Russian propaganda, and interfere in elections within the United States.” The New York Times report on the subject buries the names of the groups allegedly utilized by the Russian government in the scheme, namely the “Uhuru Movement” of St. Petersburg, Florida, which is part of a wider entity known as the African...

Now that Joe Biden’s approval rating has fallen—it’s hovering in the low 40s, and it can’t get up—the Main Stream Media have come up with a new line of defense for their man. Okay, goes this new line, Biden isn’t doing so well, but that’s to be expected—because no president can do well. That is, the problems are just too tough, the job is just too hard, the country is just too polarized, yada yada yada.

The FAA plans to issue a Special Airworthiness Information Bulletin and an Airworthiness Directive in coming days concerning the rollout of 5G cellular phone service in 46 major metropolitan areas of the U.S. on Dec. 5, according to Reuters. The actions are expected to limit the use of automated systems on aircraft that rely on radar altimeters (also called radio altimeters) and it’s possible that flight delays and cancellations will result. Reuters also quoted a letter from FAA Deputy Administrator Bradley Mims that says the agency shares “the deep concern about the potential impact to aviation safety resulting from interference...

Former President Donald Trump on Tuesday endorsed Air Force veteran Anna Paulina Luna in the GOP primary for the House seat being vacated by Rep. Charlie Crist, D-Fla. In a statement, Trump blasted her GOP opponents in one of the most hotly contested districts on the 2022 ballot: Amanda Makki, Audrey Henson, and former Marine Matt Tito. The race also has three Democrat challengers — state Reps. Ben Diamon and Michele Rayner-Goolsbuy, and Eric Luyn, a former national security adviser in the Obama administration, Florida Politics reported. "Anna Paulina Luna is a great fighter who is running for Congress in...

A report from the U.S. intelligence community suggests that a minority of intelligence officials believed that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) did, in fact, attempt to hinder former President Donald Trump’s chances in the 2020 election, while reporting that the CCP did not “deploy interference efforts.”A report from the National Intelligence Council (pdf) released March 10 stated that Russia sought to denigrate President Joe Biden and boost Trump during the 2020 election, and that China “did not deploy interference efforts and considered but did not deploy influence efforts intended to change the outcome of the U.S. presidential election,” adding: “We...

Joe Biden said the Russian president, Vladimir Putin, will face consequences for directing efforts to swing the 2020 US presidential election to Donald Trump, and that they would come soon. “He will pay a price,” Biden told ABC News in an interview that aired on Wednesday morning. Asked by the Good Morning America anchor George Stephanopoulos what the consequences would be, he said: “You’ll see shortly.” Biden’s comments come after a US declassified intelligence report on Tuesday bolstered longstanding allegations that Putin was behind Moscow’s election interference, by proliferating “misleading or unsubstantiated allegations” largely designed to denigrate Joe Biden and...
