HEAD lice prevented a family from entering a court room yesterday to face charges that they breached a ban on owning pets. Rachel Wetzig, 24, her mother Judith, 52, and brother Andrew, 27, were quarantined at the Brisbane Magistrate's Court yesterday. They have previously been accused of keeping kittens in a budgie cage and starving dogs of water despite a ban which prevented them from keeping animals.
