On October 31st, Trump asked the Supreme Court to block the House Ways and Means Committee from getting six years of his tax returns. .... Snip..... That request has been denied by the Supreme Court. Fox News reported: But on Tuesday, Roberts formally denied the request. “The application for stay of the mandate presented to The Chief Justice and by him referred to the Court is denied,” the order states. “The order heretofore entered by The Chief Justice is vacated.” The House Ways and Means Committee first requested six years of Trump’s tax returns in 2019. Trump’s tax records are...

Here’s the quick and dirty take of the U.S. Supreme Court’s two COVID-shot mandate decisions on Thursday: If one works for a private company with more than 100 employees, the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) may not order them to get jabbed with a COVID shot, but if you’re a health care worker at a health facility that receives Medicare and Medicaid funding, you can. Apparently, Americans cease to have bodily integrity and religious rights if they work at hospitals that serve Medicare and Medicaid patients, but not if they work for private companies. There’s a word for that:...

Chief Justice John Roberts was the only dissenter in the U.S Supreme Court’s most recent ruling favoring a couple of Christian students who challenged their university for restricting when, where, and how they could speak about their faith and disseminate materials on campus.Today's 8-1 decision in Uzuegbunam v. Preczewski marks the first time Chief Justice John Roberts has ever been the sole dissenting justice during his entire tenure. https://t.co/6Ux9HvXiDL— SCOTUSblog (@SCOTUSblog) March 8, 2021Uzuegbunam et al. v. Preczewski et al. first materialized after Chike Uzuegbunam, a student at Georgia Gwinnett College, was stopped by campus police for handing out religious...

Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts will not preside over former President Trump’s Senate impeachment trial, which is scheduled to begin in earnest on Feb. 8. Instead, Senate President Pro Tempore Patrick Leahy (Vt.), the most senior member of the Senate Democratic Conference, will preside over the trial. Leahy on Monday confirmed he would wield the gavel and promised to administer “impartial justice.” Republicans say Roberts’s absence undermines the legitimacy of the trial. “The Constitution requires that the chief justice preside over the impeachment trial of a president but that’s not what we’re doing. To me that’s indicative of the...

My information from reliable source is that Roberts arranged an illegal adoption of two young children from Wales through Jeffrey Epstein. I think we can all agree that Epstein knows pedophilia. If only Jeffrey Epstein was still alive... Wouldn't that be something? A couple of more questions for Chief Justice John Roberts: (1) You are recorded discussing Justice Scalia's successor before date of his sudden death. How did you know Scalia was going to die? (2) Are you a member of any club or cabal requiring minor children as initiation fee? A bit more on CJ John Roberts. I have...

In discussing @realDonaldTrump in phone conversation in 8/19, Justice John Roberwts stated that he would make sure "the (profane word used for TRUMP) would never be re-elected" Roberts engaged in phone conversations with Justice Stephen Breyer discussing how to work to get Trump voted out. And: This may be most important tweet of my life. Chief Justice John Roberts is corupt & should resign immediately. Justice Stephen Breyer should also resign immediately. They are "anti-Trumpers" dedicated to preventing public from knowing TRUTH of @realDonaldTrump re-election. AND I have long had questions about "the John Roberts" on Jeffrey Epstein private jet...

@Maximus_4EVR FYI SCOTUS Update - Can't confirm yet, but RNC source is saying SCOTUS to take Kelly/Parnell case; Five Justices agree to hear. This is unconfirmed. IMHO I do expect Alito to grant injunction. Keep Praying. @Maximus_4EVR *Same source "Justice Roberts" is firmly opposed to "hearing" case. We should have word in coming hours. Maybe by morning. I hope I'm right more about this than all others

I'm not a lawyer, just a verrrry interested layman. Obviously I have been following very closely the obvious election fraud on a massive scale that just took place. However, setting aside the data proving the fraud, just the legal issues alone should give Trump the win. On October 19, Chief Justice John Roberts sided with the liberals on the Supreme Court and voted to allow the decision of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision, CONTRARY TO STATE LAW, to allow the counting of mailed ballots up to three days after election day. The vote was 4-4 at the time due to...

"I think it is personal," the Texas senator said about Justice John Roberts' motivation to turn away from the conservative movement with his court decisions........ Texas GOP Sen. Ted Cruz says Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts "despises Donald Trump," which accounts for a number of the decisions he had made from the top seat on the high court in recent years. In an appearance on David Brody's recently launched show "The Water Cooler," Senator Cruz, an attorney and author of the new book "One Vote Away: How a Single Supreme Court Seat Can Change History," told the host that...

The Blaze -Last week, CNN ran a series of “exclusive” stories that revealed the Supreme Court’s private deliberations over President Donald Trump’s taxes. But how did CNN reporter Joan Biskupic get a hold of such sensitive information? On the latest episode of “LevinTV,” BlazeTV host Mark Levin argued that Chief Justice John Roberts is likely the leaker. Levin told his followers, “The chief justice of the United States — is enormously political, and I believe he is a leaker,” adding, “If there’s leaking going on, and there clearly is, one justice against another, it is a huge problem.” Levin referenced...

The Supreme Court on Friday denied an appeal by a Nevada church to allow additional worshipers to join in-person services based on capacity amid the coronavirus pandemic. Nevada has placed a 50-person cap on all places of worship, no matter the capacity of the building, as a part of the state's coronavirus restrictions. But casinos, along with other businesses such as restaurants and movie theaters, may permit up to 50 percent capacity, allowing casinos to grant access to hundreds of patrons at a time. Justices Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh all issued dissenting opinions rejecting the constitutionality of...

Conservative lawmakers blasted Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts after he sided with the court's liberal justices in a 5-4 decision Friday that rejected a Nevada church’s request to block the state government from enforcing a cap on attendance at religious services. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) tweeted early Saturday morning that Roberts had "abandoned his oath." "What happened to that judge?" tweeted Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.). "Freedom of religion is our first freedom. Yet SCOTUS has ruled that casinos can host hundreds of gamblers, while churches cannot welcome their full congregations. Justice Roberts once again got it wrong, shamefully closing...

In Nevada, it seems being in the entertainment business has more leeway than those exercising their constitutionally protected right to worship. Amid the COVID outbreak, the state has limits on the capacity of certain locations. For churches, it’s no more than 50. For everything else, from movie theaters to casinos, it’s much more than that. It seems a bit unfair. The standard makes no sense, but it seems to be perfectly logical for Chief Justice John Roberts who sided with the liberal wing of the Supreme Court in the case of a church who challenged this unfair standard (via NYT):...

Roberts suffered lightheadedness and dehydration, fall was not related to earlier seizures, court says. The Supreme Court belatedly disclosed Tuesday night that Chief Justice John Roberts was hospitalized overnight last month after becoming dehydrated and falling while exercising. The 65-year-old justice required stitches and was released the morning following the June 21 incident, the court told The Washington Post in a statement. The fall at a Maryland country club was not related to two prior seizures the chief justice has suffered, the last in 2007, court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg told the newspaper. “The Chief Justice was treated at a hospital...

John Roberts is a politician — a politician who consistently makes laws, inconsistently applies the Constitution, and can't be voted out of office. Knock, knock. Who’s there? Unelected leftist politicians in robes with lifetime tenure. Turns out, the Supreme Court is a joke, and the punchline is Chief Justice John Roberts. Roberts has quite the track record of leftist judicial activism. It’s about time we call a spade a spade — or in this case, call a hack a hack. 1. Supported Unconstitutional Obamacare From the moment then-President Barack Obama signed into law the infamous Affordable Care Act, the mess...

Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., said Thursday that Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts should resign from his position and run for office if he “believes his political judgment is so exquisite” after siding with the court’s liberal wing on two key decisions this week. Roberts, who was criticized earlier this week by some conservatives for siding with the left-leaning justices in an LGBT rights case, wrote the opinion on Wednesday on why President Trump should not be allowed to end the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA. “John Roberts again postures as a Solomon who will save our...

Unelected leftist politicians in robes with lifetime tenure. Turns out, the Supreme Court is a joke, and the punchline is Chief Justice John Roberts. Two high court decisions this week brought that reality into focus, when the George W. Bush-appointed chief sided with leftist justices to say sexual orientation is “sex,†and that the current commander in chief can’t undo unlawful executive action from a past president because of his reasons.Roberts has quite the...
