Presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani's former police commissioner Bernard Kerik is expected to be indicted by a federal grand jury on Friday, the Daily News has learned. The charges include Kerik's alleged attempt to get a city official to influence the outcome of an investigation into mob-linked Interstate Industrial Co., according to two sources familiar with the matter. Other charges accuse Kerik of allegedly making false statements when he was nominated to be Homeland Security director by President Bush, the sources say.
