The fantastic fall of Fani Willis is one of the great comedies of recent American politics. It’s the flagrant corruption of Hunter Biden, mixed with the stupidity of Jussie Smollett, the courtroom farce of the George Zimmerman trial, and the sky-high political stakes of a U.S. presidential election. It’s the joyous, healthy humor of seeing a wicked, ridiculous person be exposed and get exactly what she deserves. Right now, it still isn’t certain whether Judge Scott McAfee will actually kick Fani Willis off her own case, but even if he doesn’t, the damage has substantially been done. The tenuous prosecution...

Kim Gardner, the Soros-backed DA, was at the heart of the controversial story involving the McCloskeys, who stood their ground against a mob of violent and threatening BLM rioters at their home. Instead of addressing the mob, which threatened harm to them and their pets, Gardner targeted the McCloskeys for brandishing firearms in self-defense. This action is indicative of her approach as a Marxist Soros-backed DA, prioritizing political targets over actual criminals. Gardner’s erratic and unjust actions created a stir and captured public attention. Consequently, a special counsel was appointed in May to investigate the chaotic disaster Gardner created and...

Missouri’s incompetent Circuit Attorney, Kim Gardner, backed by George Soros funds, has finally resigned thanks to pressure from Republicans around the state. Soros funded her her election in 2016 and again in 2020. She was going to seek a third term as of last month, but her resignation letter is dated effective June 1. Her office is dysfunctional, and she won’t prosecute minority criminals. Earlier this year, a criminal violated his bond over fifty times and was awaiting trial in a separate armed robbery case. While out on bail, he drove into a teen volleyball player. She lost both her...

ST. LOUIS (KMOV) -- St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner resigned Thursday amid a firestorm of legal troubles, including the Missouri Attorney General’s attempt to oust her from office. The Circuit Attorney’s Office confirmed the resignation, effective on June 1, on Twitter and in an email to News 4. Multiple attorneys have resigned from the Circuit Attorney’s Office since the attorney general announced his case against Gardner, which came after a defendant out on bond allegedly caused a crash that resulted in a 17-year-old’s legs being amputated. Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has alleged Gardner willfully neglected the duties of...

Judge John Torbitzky set a preliminary date of Sept. 25 for a possible trial in Republican Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey’s suit to remove Democratic St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner. Judge Torbitzky set the date at the end of a four-hour hearing on Tuesday that included a 50-minute recess for attorneys from both sides to meet and attempt to come to an agreement on what materials could be subpoenaed as evidence. Bailey’s office wanted the quo warranto trial to start in late August and suggested both parties meet for conference calls twice monthly with Judge Torbitzky. During his request...

Mark and Patricia McCloskey nearly lost their careers and gained felony convictions after standing up to a trespassing mob of Black Lives Matter “protesters” threatening to kill them and burn their house down. That happened thanks to the Soros-funded St. Louis Prosecuting Attorney Kimberly Gardner prosecuting the couple for daring to use their guns to defend themselves and their home in St. Louis’s Central West End.Now Gardner’s facing her own legal problems and the McCloskeys are more than happy to return the favor by lending their support for campaign to remove the non-prosecuting prosecutor. With their law licenses now restored and...

ST. LOUIS — City judges asked the Missouri Supreme Court on Thursday to be excluded from deciding whether St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberly M. Gardner should be removed from office, arguing they had a conflict of interest. Presiding Judge Elizabeth Hogan filed the request hours after Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey filed suit in St. Louis accusing Gardner of negligence in office and asking her to be removed from her post. Hogan said all judges on the court's advisory committee could be called to testify during the proceedings and therefore couldn't preside over the case, according to the filing.

Missouri Republican Attorney General Andrew Bailey on Thursday fired St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner for missteps, after she refused to accept his ultimatum to resign by noon. Bailey issued his ultimatum Wednesday evening after 16-year-old volleyball player Janae Edmonson was visiting St. Louis with her team over the weekend when she was hit by a speeding vehicle and lost both of her legs. He fired Gardner by initiating "quo warranto" proceedings to remove Gardner after she failed to meet his deadline. The writ requires people to whom it is directed to show what authority they have for exercising some...

What was it going to take before Missouri politicians began an effort to remove Soros-backed St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner from office? George Soros, who assisted the Nazis in World War II Hungary, was somehow given US citizenship and then promptly began efforts to back politicians who would support his agenda. One of his more sinister actions was to back corrupt attorneys in US cities who then promptly began ignoring crime, releasing perpetrators and making US cities less safe. Kim Gardner in St. Louis is a Soros-backed St. Louis Circuit Attorney. She has been involved in numerous corrupt activities....

Both sides agreed to a reprimand, but the Missouri Supreme Court will decide disciplinary actions, according to KMOV TV. A former FBI agent has admitted to entering false evidence in an investigation into a Republican leader, but despite this admission in court, his punishment was quickly waived. Only a day before jury selection was to begin in a case to prosecute him for lying in his investigation into a sexual misconduct charge against then-Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens, former FBI agent William Tisaby pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count of evidence tampering on Wednesday, The Associated Press reported. Unlike what would happen for anyone else, the court quickly sentenced Tisaby to probation — and then immediately turned around and suspended...

They’re back for the McCloskeys. The St. Louis couple came into prominence during the riotous and fiery “Summer of Love” of 2020 when a BLM mob broke a gate down to get into a secure neighborhood to hunt down the mayor. Mark and Patricia McCloskey, both attorneys, saw the mob break down the gate, armed themselves, and came out to their front yard to keep the mob away from their home. The mob stayed peaceful. The couple has been considered public enemy number one ever since that June 28, 2020 incident. The McCloskey’s biggest offense appears to be timing and...

The McCloskeys drew national headlines when they confronted a group of mostly Black protesters who had entered their gated community en route to demonstrate in front of the nearby home of a former St. Louis mayor in June 2020. The Missouri Supreme Court on Tuesday indefinitely suspended the law licenses of two St. Louis attorneys who waved guns at Black Lives Matter protesters in 2020, but it stayed their suspensions and placed them on probation for a year. The orders came after Missouri’s chief disciplinary counsel last year asked the court to suspend the law licenses of Mark McCloskey and...

ST. LOUIS (AP) — A domestic assault suspect was freed from jail after testing positive for COVID-19, despite being deemed dangerous enough that prosecutors wanted him held without a chance of bail, the attorney for the St. Louis Police Officers Association said. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that the 36-year-old man was released on Jan. 4 and has not been re-arrested. Police association lawyer Jane Dueker said the release was part of a recent policy by the administration of Mayor Tishaura Jones to limit the spread of COVID-19 in the downtown jail by not admitting people with the virus.
