Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez branded Donald Trump's border wall 'a campaign fantasy' and said he has a track record of discrimination against non-white people. The newly sworn-in congresswoman spoke of the 'dysfunction that the President is advancing' in the offices on Capitol Hill as the Government shutdown continues with no sign of a breakthrough.
