Please forgive me if all of this sounds ridiculous... But I have spent a little time viewing clips from this "Innocence of Muslims" film. It is so astonishingly poorly acted and produced that I cannot even compare it to the worst student movies I have ever seen.... And I have produced, directed, and SEEN a lot of junk in formats from Super8 to 35 and up. The piece is almost unbelievably bad. Unbelievably - as in - nothing I have ever seen from the West is this bad, this poorly edited, acted, written, lit, greenscreened. The piece is a parody...

... As the profile of American Muslims has been heightened by the 9/11 attacks and subsequent wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, many Muslims say they too have been inspired to protect their communities against terrorism. They are becoming more active in civic and political causes and more regularly reach out to law enforcement officials. "No community is working more diligently than the Muslim community," said Sally Howell, an associate professor at University of Michigan-Dearborn and author of several books and essays on Arabs and Muslims in Detroit. "Really, there is nobody in our society that is more concerned about this...

There has been a shakeup at the Cordoba Initiative/Park 51, the group behind the projected Islamic supremacist mega-mosque at Ground Zero. The deceitful pro-Sharia Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf and his wife Daisy Khan are out, and an imam from Washington, D.C., Abdullah Adhami, is in. What does this mean? First, it means that we won. We are declaring victory. It seems clear that Rauf had to go because he had become a liability to the taqiyya project of the Ground Zero mosque. And that is because of the light we shed on his true beliefs and allegiances. Rauf snagged more...

Think of it as a sibling rivalry on a cosmic scale. No two faiths share so many fundamental beliefs as do Christianity and Islam, yet their adherents often appear to be locked in irreconcilable conflict. Noted Islamic theologian and scholar Sheikh Odeh A. Muhawesh shared his view Monday at Winona State University of the similarities and often exaggerated differences between Christians and Muslims.

Like many Muslim Americans, I had high hopes – now dashed: our brother drinks beer, eats pork and won't fast at RamadanOne wonders why only 20% of Americans believe President Barack Obama is a Muslim, considering the overwhelming evidence conclusively proving his slavish allegiance to Islam and utter disregard for Christianity. After Obama's wishy-washy defence of Muslim Americans' freedom to build a community centre, which includes a mosque, two blocks away from Ground Zero, a poll from the Pew Research Centre reveals that nearly 20% of Americans – up from 11% a year ago – consider him a Muslim, and...

After a few days of plotting and planning the state-run media finally settled on an excuse. Now the media spin is that Queen Michelle really traveled to Spain to mourn the loss of a parent with a friend. Here’s Michelle mourning with the Spanish King Juan Carlos. Here’s Michelle mourning while sight seeing in Ronda. Poor Michelle even had to mourn with her friends down at the beach. It was a very somber trip for the First Lady…

The developer of the controversial mosque in Lower Manhattan says he is open to Governor David Paterson's offer to help find another site for the project. Paterson is volunteering another site on state owned property for the Islamic Center H says there needs to be greater dialogue to try and soothe everyone's fears. (anip) "While we ahve a tremendous amount of respect for our governor, and we are always interested in hearing what our leaders have to say, and what their ideas and proposals are. But this has always been about serving Lower Manhattan," said proposed mosque developer Sharif El-Gamal....

For the last week or so, the Daily Show with Jon Stewart has presented relentless coverage of the Ground Zero Mosque issue. All of the coverage was in favor of the Mosque. Comedy Central are even pleadingly presenting the Muslim generated straw-man arguments. CC insists that it is not a mosque, it is a 'cultural center' (yeah right) and Muslims are good honest people and only Al Quiada is bad. We know that the Left uses, so called, 'comedy', to say what they really believe and to attack people personally in the most vulgar way possible. The Daily Show is...

SNIPPET: "...let's get back to the woeful tale of Bro. Ismail Royer, as presented at the Umar Lee blog:" SNIPPET: "Mr. Royer, formerly associated with CAIR, is currently serving a 20 year sentence for his work on behalf of designated Terrorist group Lashkar e Taiba. Lashkar e Taiba is notable among other things for having killed 171 people in Mumbai in 2008, among many other atrocities."

Gordon Brown has made an overtly religious call for a new world order based on the 'deep moral sense' shared by all faiths. Making the first speech by a serving Prime Minister at St Paul's Cathedral in London, he quoted scripture as he urged people to unite to forge a new 'global society'. The Prime Minister argued that through all faiths, traditions and heritages runs a 'single powerful modern sense demanding responsibility from all and fairness to all'. He quoted the Christian doctrine of 'do to others what you would have them do unto you' and highlighted similar principles in...

If you watched the President at the National Prayer Breakfast this morning, you would have seen that he made a statement that was stunningly wrong (unless you are a Dhimmi or a PC cop): But no matter what we choose to believe, "There is no religion whose central tenet is hate. There is no God who condones taking the life of an innocent human being." HOGWASH. Has the President read the Qur'an since he converted to Christianity? Here are some of the "love your fellow man" type tenets taught by Islam:

During the U.S presidential campaign, Barack Obama’s handlers vigourously pointed out his Christian faith whenever the misconception arose he may be Muslim ... The handlers also roundly denounced any conservative commentator who might mention (mischievously, admittedly) his Arabic middle name, Hussein. They charged that such usage was "fear mongering." Once elected, however, he personally insisted on his middle name being spoken at his swearing-in ceremony. And now – in a gesture to the Muslim world – he has not only granted the first sit-down interview of his presidency to a pan-Arab television network, but uses the occasion to gush about...

Thank you Tom DeFrank for asking the Idiot Question of the Week: Tom DeFrank: Mr. President-elect, as we all know we’re — as we all know, we’re two — two days away from the biggest shopping day of the year, and a lot of retailers are worrying that this year it could be a disaster that this economy can ill afford. Do you — do you have any shopping advice for nervous consumers? And are you planning to hit the malls yourself on Friday? OBAMA: Well, we are going to do some — some Christmas shopping. And Malia and Sasha...

The Obama campaign’s Muslim outreach director participated in a meeting in mid September that was attended by several controversial Muslim activists, NBC News has learned. The Obama campaign now concedes that was a misjudgment, and that its top Muslim staffer would not have attended the meeting if she had known the full participant list beforehand. “Would a campaign staffer have attended if they were aware of the complete list of attendees? No,” said Obama spokesman Ben LaBolt in an email statement to NBC. The Muslim outreach meeting On September 15, newly named Muslim outreach director Minha Husaini spoke to a...

In its latest filing before the federal district court in Dallas on behalf of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) and its affiliate organization, the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT) in the Hamas-terrorism financing case, the ACLU has made a noteworthy admission. Rather than deny that there is copious evidence tying ISNA and NAIT to Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood, the brief argues that such evidence is merely dated. In a curious footnote on page 7, the reply states:

Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama rejected charges on Tuesday that he has shifted positions on Iraq and other issues as part of a move to the center now that he is his party's nominee. As he positions himself for the battle against Republican John McCain, the Illinois senator abandoned a vow to reopen the North American Free Trade Agreement, did not oppose a Supreme Court decision striking down Washington's gun ban and said he would support expanding the government's wiretap authority. Most recently, he signaled more flexibility on his pledge to quickly pull U.S. troops out of Iraq, telling reporters...

On Wednesday’s CBS "Early Show," co-host Julie Chen teased an upcoming segment on Barack Obama: "...during the long primary season, we all learned a lot about Barack Obama. He is a Senator. He's a Harvard grad. He's a husband. And he is a father. But this morning, you're going to learn five things you probably don't know about Barack Obama." Later, in David Letterman style, correspondent Jeff Glor introduced the story: "...here are the top five things you likely don't know about Barack Obama." Among those things, were important facts such as "Number four -- in addition to enjoying basketball...
