The following is a full transcript of the Oral Arguments held by the DC Circuit Appellate Court in reference to a Petition for a Writ of Mandamus by General Michael T. Flynn, supported by the Department of Justice, to stop the now innecesary proceedings in the District Court. A decision from the three-Judge panel will be forthcoming. The arguments were held by teleconference due to restrictions imposed by COVID-19 measures rendering an appearance in court impossible.
