GREENACRES— Enraged from seeing the dating website Match.com on a man’s computer last week, Lucy Melesky reportedly grabbed a mounted ax off the mantel and smashed it on the ground. Melesky slung the ax over her shoulder and screamed at the man about the alleged unfaithfulness, he told Palm Beach County sheriff’s deputies. Melesky, 45, was arrested the evening of April 18 on charges of battery and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Officers first responded to the Blanchester neighborhood at 1:30 a.m. after a woman reported her daughter, Jennifer Elliott, missing from a Central Avenue home, according to Blanchester Police Chief Scott Reinbolt. A man has been charged with fatally shooting a Marine in the drive-thru of a McDonald's in Bedford, Indiana, according to police and NBC affiliate WTHR. Justin Lampkins, 25, was in a truck with his friends in line at the fast food restaurant early Saturday morning about 1:19 a.m., police say.
