Through a Freedom of Information Act request, CNSNews.com has just reported that during fiscal years 2009 and 2010, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) apprehended and released “at least 28 Iranian nationals inside the United States.” As is all-too common with the federal government’s practice of ‘catch and release,’ they all became fugitives when they failed to show for their immigration court hearings.
