My daughter in law Kerrin lost her baby yesterday. She and my son Kevin were expecting the child in July. They do have two beautiful healthy children but this is the second miscarriage in two years. We had our family Christmas party last Sunday as many of us would be away for the actual date and Kerrin glowed with the look of a happy expectant mother. She has now began to heal saying her mom who passed three years ago will watch over the two babies she lost. Sure life will go on, but your prayers for our peace of...

Well, addiction has reared its ugly head again in our household. Had to kick Husband out this week. It appears that he has been 'doctor shopping' for prescriptions, and has gotten involved with some other relapsing druggies. *SIGH* It's been ten years since he got SOBER, but since he's on prescription drugs for back pain, he never really did get 'clean.' I gave it all I could. The kids are grown, I'm requesting my freedom from this madness. I matter little to him; I'm sure you know where his priorities lie. I won't bore you with the details; this happens...

Received this request from our dear freeper, Mrs. Tiggywinkle, for her beautiful daughter: Saturday, she was taken by ambulance to the hospital and admitted. Please forgive me for essentially plagiarizing an existing title (no I don't work for the NYT), but it's very important to me and what better way to get the attention. Please keep little Connor in your thoughts and prayers. He is the son of a very good friend of mine since college. Due to a medical condition in his mother, he was delivered at 27 weeks. When born he weighed in a 2lbs. 3oz. and is now hovering around 1lb. 14 oz. His lung development so far has exceeded expectations and he did cry upon "removal" but, needless to say,...
