Chicago parent Jennifer Preston weighs in on migrant children being allowed to enroll in Chicago public schools without proper documentation during 'Fox & Friends First.' The Chicago Public Schools [CPS] system is under fire for the removal of several Black principals. Prominent civil rights activists, students, and parents joined together at a press conference outside CPS headquarters on Thursday to call for the removal of CPS CEO Pedro Martinez. The group, which included trial attorney Ben Crump and Reverend Jesse Jackson, banded together to "demand justice for CPS principals who have faced wrongful termination due to alleged corruption and discrimination."

An assistant principal at a suburban Philadelphia school has resigned after video circulated online showing him arguing with and cursing at teenage abortion protesters outside the school. Zach Ruff, dean of student life and academics at Downingtown STEM Academy, had been on unpaid leave after the April confrontation. The school district said Thursday that it would like to put "this terribly unfortunate incident" in the past. Klein yesterday accelerated his drive to hold educators accountable for student achievement, announcing that New York City's more than 1,400 schools will be graded each year just like students, from A to F. An administrator in the Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan school district was charged Thursday with possessing child pornography on his computer. Donald Jay Brundage, 59, of Minneapolis was charged with five counts of possessing child pornography, Dakota County Attorney James C. Backstrom said. Brundage was arrested after an administrator found images believed to be child pornography on a printer at the district office and reported it to Apple Valley police on Tuesday, Backstrom said.
