The trump campaign is in various courts questioning many mail & provisional ballots. Why not show them in tallies, they show mail ballots in tallies on the official website. Pennsylvania lists 46 counties in a table, with provisional ballots Total, Counted, Partially Counted, Rejected and Unprocessed at this Time. Where are the other 31 Counties? Missing are the most populous counties, and a bunch of counties which are heavily Republican.

Amid accusations of massive battleground state election fraud meant to swing the Presidential race for Democrat Joe Biden, outraged voters in the 7th District of Virginia are sounding the alarm after incumbent Democrat Abigail Spanberger was propelled to victory by the discovery of nearly 15,000 early absentee votes stored on a thumb drive in the Richmond suburb of Henrico County. In a chain of events similar to those that have played out around the country, with roughly 85% of votes reported as being tallied, Republican challenger Nick Freitas, as well as President Donald Trump, led their respective races in the...

FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said election workers are rescanning a number of ballots in Fulton County after discovering an issue that caused some votes to not scanned or uploaded to election tallies. The issue involved a batch of provisional, military and overseas ballots scanned on Friday night. Out of an abundance of caution, election workers and investigators are rescanning all of those ballots Saturday night. The numbers from last night will be removed from state tallies and replaced with the corrected number.

THIS ELECTION IN 2020 THERE ARE 60,000+ ~5k to all the up to 60k?

Something is not right here. in the threads earlier today, some nevada anons posted and checked their status. sure enough their votes were "provisional". they said they brought their mail ballot with them to drop off but poll workers took it and told them to fill out the provisional instead. look at the fucking number of provisionals. i think this could have been a concerted effort to trick Trump voters into trashing their votes. provisionals are not counted if the voter never supplies the proof by the deadline. but unsuspecting people who dont know this or arent told will never do it. i think people were tricked.

I don't know where we are tracking all of the recounts but I think at this point it's pretty clear that the Democrats are trying to muddy the waters with some key races. Arizona Senate, Florida Senate and Georgia Governors race. I wanted a catch all thread so we can keep track of what is going on. I've looked through Arizona and i've found that as of today all of Maricopa is reporting and McSally has opened her lead to 17K. Pima is still outstanding and this seems to be the only chance Sinema has to overtake her. Last estimates...

Ohio officials have discovered 588 uncounted votes in this week’s special election for the 12th Congressional District, further tightening the already too-close-to-call race. “The votes from a portion of one voting location had not been processed into the tabulation system,” the Franklin County Board of Elections said in a press release Wednesday. The uncounted votes were from a Columbus suburb. Prior to the discovery, Republican Troy Balderson led Democrat Danny O’Connor by more than 1,700 votes. With the 588 votes included, the margin narrows to 1,564, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. President Donald Trump prematurely declared victory for Balderson on...

Officials stockpile a million provisional ballots in swing state governed by a close Clinton ally Virginia has printed 1 million provisional ballots, an unprecedented number that could allow a large number of previously disqualified felons to cast ballots for president in the potentially crucial swing state. So says Reagan George, the president of the Virginia Voters Alliance. George, a conservative election watchdog, charged on Monday that the Virginia Department of Elections is overpreparing for worst-case scenarios and increasing the likelihood of illegal votes being cast. In reply to Republican complaints earlier this month, Virginia Department of Elections Commissioner Edgardo Cortés...

HARRISBURG-- A bill that would require Pennsylvania voters to show ... identification at the polls or be forced to cast a provisional ballot has passed the state Senate. The ... bill was approved ... 29-21, and sent to the House, which has already approved a measure with similar requirements. However, a spokeswoman for Gov. Rendell and an ACLU official criticized it as putting up obstacles for voters. "The governor is concerned that identification requirements may discourage people from voting and eventually disenfranchise people," said Rendell's press secretary. If [it] becomes law, the requirements would be in force for the 2006...

COLUMBUS, Ohio - A large voter turnout and poll workers' confusion contributed to the invalidation of many provisional ballots cast in the Nov. 2 election, the president of the League of Women Voters said Tuesday. In Ohio, 21 percent of provisional ballots were found to be invalid, compared with 13 percent statewide in the 2000 presidential election. Nationally, 32 percent of provisional ballots cast in last year's election were thrown out. Most states were using them for the first time. Last year, 5.7 million Ohioans voted, compared with 4.8 million in the 2000 election. Ohio was pivotal in the 2004...

Yesterday we had a rousing rally at our state capitol. Over 200,000 people have signed a petition for a re-vote in the governor's race in Washington State. In addition approximately 2,500 people came to support the re-vote. Gregoire had at best 200 supporters. There was a good number of the media there, but of course, particularly in the early reports they diminished our numbers. We videotaped the entire event. An unknown number of provisional voters, some of whom may not even have been registered to vote, improperly put their ballots directly into vote-counting machines at polling places, King County's elections superintendent said yesterday. Once those ballots went into the machines, there was no way to separate them from legitimate ballots. Officials may never know exactly how many provisional ballots were improperly fed into voting machines, but a current review of polling-place records will give some indication of how widespread the problem was, county Elections Superintendent Bill Huennekens said. Improperly cast provisional votes could play a role in a possible...

Rejected ballots Nearly two-thirds of the provisional ballots cast in Florida on Election Day were not counted, mostly because the voters were not registered, officials said yesterday. County elections officials said 27,742 provisional ballots were cast and 9,915 were counted, but 17,827 were rejected. The numbers may be revised, but are not expected to change dramatically, the Associated Press reports. "The majority of the ones that were rejected were because the people were not registered to vote," said Jenny Nash, spokeswoman for the Florida Department of State. Provisional ballots are used when poll workers cannot immediately confirm if a voter...

Would-be election thieves who thought they could pull a fast one are out of luck, at least in Florida. The state caught and correctly rejected the bogus majority of provisional ballots. Florida tossed two-thirds of the 27,451 provisional ballots cast on Nov. 2, mostly because the "voter" wasn't even registered, the Tallahassee Democrat newspaper reported today. More than 11 percent didn't count because the "voter" was too stupid to show up in his own precinct, and 7.2 percent had been purged for being too lazy to vote recently or being a felon. Even if every illegitimate ballot had been included,...

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but the OH Secretary of State's election results page is now updated and shows Bush with 76,631 votes and Kerry with 59,710. This seems to be around the number of provisional votes many expected would be validated, but I haven't seen any reports on the final tallies of these votes anywhere. Are these the provisional ballots? Does anyone know? If so, this is great news for everyone who doesn't have the last name of Olbermann.

November 29, 2004 Gregoire's illegitimate recount As Seth notes below, John Fund asks in today's WSJ Opinion Journal "Will Democrats steal the Washington governorship?" Well they're certainly going to try. I heard on KUOW this morning (can't find any report on line) that Gregoire will definitely ask for a hand recount this week. How should the Republicans respond? First, it's important to reiterate that Dino Rossi won two statewide counts; even after the Gregoire people won all of their legal and procedural fights to obtain certain unfair advantages; even after they were permitted to hand in questionable (and in...
