Portland: A naked man, playing violin in front of a downtown Portland courthouse on Saturday, refused to walk to a squad car and had to be carried by police. Police say they are not sure of the man’s identity. He told them his name is Matthew T Mglej and that he is 25 years old. Even the brand of the violin remains unknown. The ACLU is now suing for the right to allow people to operate nude camps for teens. The group filed a motion in Richmand, Virginia to invalidate a state ban on such camps.
