Michael Flynn spoke with Russian Ambassador Kislyak on December 29, 2016. You will remember that the conversation Michael Flynn had with Kislyak was leaked to WaPo last January 12 : According to a senior U.S. government official, Flynn phoned Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak several times on Dec. 29, the day the Obama administration announced the expulsion of 35 Russian officials as well as other measures in retaliation for the hacking. What did Flynn say, and did it undercut the U.S. sanctions? The Logan Act (though never enforced) bars U.S. citizens from correspondence intending to influence a foreign government about “disputes” with the United States. Was...

A carefully redacted footnote within a report by FISA Court Presiding Judge Rosemary Collyer has always appeared to be a clue to a domestic surveillance program. Now details behind the redactions tell a concerning story. A brief refresher is needed for those new to the story. In April 2017 Judge Collyer wrote a highly critical FISA Court opinion following discoveries by Director Admiral Rogers of government contractors accessing the NSA database, and extracting illegal search results from the electronic records of every American. The scale of abuse was incredible [SEE HERE] and the surveillance issues had been covered up for...

(snip) -Merry Christmas. The intercept is reporting that former NSA Director, Admiral Mike Rogers, has been working with U.S. Attorney John Durham for several months during his investigation into the origin of the 2016 intelligence operation against candidate Trump. This is particularly important because NSA Director Mike Rogers’ knowledge is at the epicenter of the origination of almost everything related to the FBI data-surveillance that was happening in 2015 and 2016.

On March 9, 2016, Department of Justice (DOJ) oversight personnel learned that the FBI had been employing outside contractors who had access to raw Section 702 Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) data, and retained that access after their work for the FBI was completed. This information was disclosed in a 99-page FISA court ruling on April 26, 2017, that was declassified by Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats. That wasn’t an isolated incident and the improper access granted to outside contractors “seems to have been the result of deliberate decisionmaking” (footnote – page 87). The FISA court noted the “FBI’s...

Republican congressman Mike Rogers revealed the Democrat plan to hand the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) processing centers at the border over to the United Nations. Rogers pointed out a barely-noticed provision in a recent Democrat bill that makes it abundantly clear how the Democrats plan to globalize our country once and for all. “Another provision they have in their bill offers a two-year pilot program to let the UN take over our CBP processing centers instead of us doing it,” Rep. Mike Rogers stated.

Barr stated: "The thing that’s interesting about this is that this was handled at a very senior level of these departments. It wasn’t handled in the ordinary way that investigations or counterintelligence activities are conducted. It was sort of an ad hoc, small group — and most of these people are no longer with the FBI or the CIA or the other agencies involved." They worked exclusively for two groups of “customers,” officials said. The first was Obama and fewer than 14 senior officials in government. The second was a team of operations specialists at the CIA, NSA and FBI...

EXCERPT: There is a direct benefit from Rogers’ retirement. His job at the NSA complete, Admiral Rogers is now free to testify… For those less familiar, here’s a timeline of events transpiring at the NSA: November 2015-April 2016 – The FBI and DOJ’s National Security Division (NSD) uses private contractors to access raw FISA information using “To” and “From” FISA-702(16) & “About” FISA-702(17) queries. March 2016 – NSA Director Rogers becomes aware of improper access to raw FISA data. April 2016 – Rogers orders the NSA compliance officer to run a full audit on 702 NSA compliance. April 18 2016...

RUSH: Folks, this is great. This is very, very good. It was only yesterday right here on this program we were discussing the testimony at the time of the attorney general, William Barr, before a bunch of these inflated ego congressional committees. And Mr. Snerdley asked me a question: “Do you think there will ever actually be an investigation into what happened, into who did this, who was behind this coup to get rid of a president, overturn the presidential elections, and do you think that we will ever see results from it?” And I paused, and I said to...

Editor’s note: The following is an open letter from John R. Schindler, a professor of national security affairs at the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, R.I., where he is a specialist on intelligence, terrorism, and European security issues. Prior joining the Naval War College in 2005, he spent nearly a decade with the National Security Agency as an intelligence analyst and counterintelligence officer. This article first appeared on Schindler’s blog, The XX Committee, and is republished here with his permission. Dear NSA, Hi, it’s me again. Although I left the agency a few years ago, I still think about...

David Horowitz Freedom Center Restoration Weekend 2018. Bongino gives a detailed explanation on the Trump/Russia collusion narrative perpetrated by the Deep State and why it is the greatest scandal in US political history, and why former NSA Direct Mike Rogers is a national hero. He also references why the former director of the GCHQ (the UK's NSA) resigned immediately after Trump won the election.

Throughout 2015, and until April 28th, 2016, there were unknown “outside government” contractors with access to the FBI/NSA database. Those outside government agents were conducting unlawful searches of the FISA database. The 99-page FISA Court opinion by presiding justice Rosemary Collyer proves this with absolute certainty. CTH has long suspected those outside agents were doing political opposition research; and were allowed to do so as part of the political misuse of the intelligence apparatus. Pg 83. “FBI gave raw Section 702–acquired information to a private entity that was not a federal agency and whose personnel were not sufficiently supervised by...

A 100-year-old Texas man says he's on “the top of the world” after breaking five world running records for his age group during a championship meet in Maryland last weekend. Orville Rogers, a Dallas resident who trained bomber pilots during World War II, is proof age is just a number after his record-setting performances at the USATF Master Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Reuters is reporting that NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers has announced to his staff he is resigning, and that a nominee will be announced to replace him shortly. It took us a while to figure it out, but now that we have become aware of his place in history, Rogers departure makes sense. His incredible accomplishments are complete.

Operation Condor – How NSA Director Mike Rogers Saved The U.S. From a Massive Constitutional Crisis… Posted on January 5, 2018 by sundance This outline is the stunning backstory to how the FBI Counterintelligence Division and DOJ National Security Division were weaponized. This outline is the full story of what House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes is currently working to expose. This outline exposes the biggest political scandal in U.S. history. This outline is also the story of how one man’s action likely saved our constitutional republic. His name is Admiral Mike Rogers. I’m calling the back-story to the 2016 FISA...

As we have walked through the investigative deep weeds of corruption within the FBI (Counterintelligence Division) and DOJ (National Security Division), many people have asked why CTH has not pulled in the ODNI (Clapper) and CIA (Brennan) aspect of the total intelligence community involvement against candidate Donald Trump. There’s been a good reason for that; actually two good reasons. First, as many of you are aware, the people involved in the entire apparatus are following our investigative research (both sides). We proceed carefully, trying to avoid provoking activity that creates defensive posturing, until the story reaches a point of non-deniability....

The Green Bay Packers asked fans to link arms during the national anthem at Thursday night’s game against the Chicago Bears to show “unity.” If the footage from the song’s performance is any indication, fans largely ignored that request. Quarterback Aaron Rogers even made a personal request, saying “we’ve got to come together and talk about these things and grow as a community, as a connected group of individuals in our society, and we’re going to continue to show love and unity, and this week we’re going to ask the fans to join in as well and come together and...

NFL had better get its act together. There is nothing to discuss. The deadbeat NFL players, "Hate America" "Lock your arms, together" has failed miserably. Packers, Q/B, Aaron Rogers earns the title of "Failed Obama Girlie Boy, Pajama Boy" as the overwhelming majority of thousands of Greenbay Packer fans rejected his request that fans lock arms to show unity with the NFL America Haters on the Packers and Chicago Bear NFL teams. The fans simply chanted unending, loudly all night long, USA, USA, USA!!! POTUS, Trump wins big time!!! There is only one road open for the NFL, the NBA...

The Benghazi affair is beginning to shape up as a bi-partisan scandal — making Trey Gowdy’s life doubly difficult, of course. But the former prosecutor has been doing a bang-up job with his select committee, demolishing the mantra that there is “nothing new” to be learned about Benghazi and building a sober, far-reaching inquiry. Without Gowdy, recall, there would be no Clinton secret server, no Sidney Blumenthal trail, no new emails, and no upcoming testimony from Mrs. Clinton and her inner circle . On the latter, Gowdy is holding firm, saying he will not schedule testimony until all relevant emails...
