Leaked govt memo: Shooter may be linked to hate groupBy Liz Goodwin 29 mins ago According to a leaked memo obtained by Fox News, the Department of Homeland Security is looking into the possibility that suspected shooter Jared Loughner was linked to a white supremacist group called American Renaissance, or AmRen. AmRen founder Jared Taylor, however, tells Fox he'd never heard of Loughner and that according to his group's records, Loughner never received AmRen publications. His group's events are all held on the East Coast, he said, far from Loughner's hometown of Tucson. According to the memo, Loughner "is possibly...

–In August of 2016, Terry Holcomb, a Second Amendment activist, wrote a letter to Waller County, Texas. The letter asked Waller County to stop breaking the law, according to what had been passed in the 2015 legislature. Some county officials disagreed with the Texas Attorney General, on what the law meant. So Waller County sued the Second Amendment activist, in an attempt to undercut the Attorney General. This was a direct violation of Texas Law, the Texas Constitution, and the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.A Government entity cannot sue a citizen merely for complaining against it and...

The gun control currently being pushed by House Democrats is unenforceable without a national firearm registry. On January 8, 2019, Breitbart News reported that House Democrats introduced legislation to criminalize private gun sales. They are using universal background checks as a means of criminalizing the sales, and they do not mention such checks are unenforceable without firearm registration. Instead, the Democrats keep talking of how their bill will “prevent” or reduce “gun violence.” But the reality is that universal background checks open the door to a gun registry inasmuch as the government has to know every gun owners’ name and...

The Supreme Court denied an effort to strip acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker’s name from a pending case, swatting down a push to force the justices to send a signal that President Trump’s temporary pick is illegal. Lawyers had asked the justices to remove Mr. Whitaker and substitute Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, arguing that he should be the rightful head of the Justice Department under the law, after former Attorney General Jeff Sessions was ousted last year. The request came in a case involving Barry Michaels, who is challenging a law denying him the right to purchase a firearm...

Does an American gun range have the right to exclude Muslims who are members of the Council on American-Islamic Relations because of the group’s ties to terrorism? That question could soon have a legal answer as a Muslim has filed a discrimination suit against the owners of a gun range in Oklahoma. A federal court dismissed the discrimination complaint by Raja’ee Fatihah against Chad and Nicole Neal, owners of Save Yourself Survival and Tactical Gun Range in Oktaha, Oklahoma. But the judge set a trial to resolve conflicting accusations. Fatihah claims the range owners banned him because of his religion....

Parents of children gunned down in the Parkland school shooting in Florida last year have never understood two actions taken by Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel: his refusal to fire a campus-based deputy who failed to enter the school during the rampage that took 17 lives, and his continued defense of controversial Obama-era school policies that allowed the  accused shooter, Nikolas Cruz, to avoid arrest and a police record and thereby purchase the murder weapon. Some now think they have found the answer in a single incident that occurred in 2014. A police report shows that’s when Israel's then-17-year-old son,...

Rather than deal with Illegal immigrant wave number 2, the Democrats on the Hill engage in wet dreams and socialism. A 70% tax rate?? This is the proposal that will bring in American votes - Yeah Right. Government run healthcare "Medicare for all". Yeah Obamacare skyrocketed premiums. So instead lets Tax them to a literal death with European style healthcare. Lets just ban gasoline and diesel vehicles like Trucks and Cars, and depend on wind and solar energy for...

Joseph Stalin’s firearms registration and confiscation was a tremendous success for the Socialist state. Under the Tsar, Russia was one of the most heavily armed societies on earth. That all changed when Stalin and the communists took control. Stalin was able to control, starve, punish and imprison a defenseless people… after he took their guns. (Zinnfigur) This video is a shocking reminder on how Stalin was able to control, starve, punish and imprison a defenseless people. It’s no secret that Democrats are hoping to repeat this history here in the United States. The Boston Mayor’s Office is pushing a new...

Police indicate that a New Jersey resident took away an intrusion suspect’s gun then shot and killed him with it. My words seldom appear in the New York Times. It is interesting when they do. It shows, to use a phrase of the Left “we are making progress.” This occurrence was from the article published on Ammoland about the Third Circuit failing to protect Second Amendment rights. From nytimes.com: The 49-year-old Judge Bibas, a former law professor, won plaudits for his dissenting opinion. “It is easy to see why President Trump chose to appoint him,” said an article on the website ammoland.com that appeared under the headline: “Third Circuit: Second Amendment Is a Second Rate Right.” John O. McGinnis,...

Printer company Dagoma and TBWA Paris edited the files to make the firearms useless In 2013, Second Amendment activists briefly released online blueprints for 3D-printed guns, firearms made of plastic that can be fabricated by relatively inexpensive consumer-level machines and assembled to shoot real bullets. The Defense Department shut down the distribution, but last year, the blueprints were made public again after a lawsuit. Despite ongoing legal wrangling and court-issued injunctions, gun blueprints were downloaded at least 20,000 times. The cat is out of the bag, and there’s no way to put it back in. But maybe the cat can...

A law barring immigrants who are in the country without authorization from owning guns does not violate the 2nd Amendment, a federal appeals court decided Tuesday. Randy Smith, an appointee of former President George W. Bush. The panel noted that immigrants who lack documentation...

Newly sworn-in Democratic Rep. Rashida Tlaib electrified progressives with her passionate declaration that she and her colleagues will " impeach the mother******" — the "mother*****," of course, being President Trump. Democratic leaders were embarrassed that a high-profile freshman would speak so frankly in public. But hours before Tlaib spoke, on the first day of Democratic control of the House, another Democrat, Rep. Brad Sherman, filed a resolution of impeachment. Sherman's resolution was later co-sponsored by another colleague, Democratic Rep. Al Green. The efforts by Sherman and Green, who filed his own articles in 2017, and another House Democrat, Rep. Steve...

For the third year in a row, Hempstead, New York sponsored a "Toy Gun Buyback” that encouraged kids to give up their toy guns in exchange for toys which Leftists deem to be “safer.” In the spirit of equality some children were given a toy gun so they could trade it in for a “safe” toy. Hempstead Village Trustee LaMont Johnson said, “The purpose is to offer a safe alternative to toy guns. We don't want the kids playing with guns. Guns are dangerous.” Mayor Don Ryan of Hempstead Village agreed, “Saying no to guns is important, even toy guns.”

Stories are now being attributed to sources who themselves have sources. That is, they are dispensing with the notion that a source is someone with first-hand information about the claims being made. Now they're printing hearsay from a source (Glenn Simpson and co.) who claim they in turn have sources who told them about the information. Ashe Schow begins the story by revisting McClatchy's last FusionGPS #FakeNews report, that Cleta Mitchell, a current lawyer for the NRA, became aware that the NRA was taking #MoneyFromRussians for Trump. McClatchy was unbothered that this "report" (from Fusion) contained two claims, one which...

On 17 December 2018, the City of Baltimore held a gun “buyback”. The term “buyback” is an Orwellian propaganda term. You cannot “buyback” something you never owned in the first place. It should be called a gun turn-in. On 17 December, over 500 guns were turned into the police for destruction. One of them, a small 9 mm semi-auto pistol was turned in by Darlene, as interviewed by the local Fox affiliate, Fox45.From washingtontimes.com: A woman by the name of Darlene told a local Fox affiliate that she turned in her 9 mm on Monday in order to “upgrade...
