As of now, 10:15 PM DST, polls are closed for more than three hours in Florida where voters had voted to fill a vacant seat of a long-serving retiring Democrat Congressman in District 14. But apparently, both sides slept deep: as of the current count, less than 14,000 people voted in Broward County, a Democratic strong-hold which is one of the two Counties of the 19’Th district.
