A Seattle-based trust tied to Jennifer Gates paid $51 million for a penthouse at Metro Loft Management’s 443 Greenwich Street last month, the New York Post reported. Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton owned the unit before selling to a Seattle-based LLC in 2021 for $49.5 million. One person was killed and another was critically injured when a construction crane tumbled onto a Tribeca street Friday morning, officials said. The crane fell on a row of parked cars when it toppled over on Worth St. near Church St. about 8:30 a.m. as heavy snow fell onto the city. One person died at the scene, officials.
