HARRISBURG — Gov. Tom Wolf on Tuesday revealed his wife, First Lady Frances Wolf, dropped his mail ballot off for him, a violation of Pennsylvania election law. Georgia VBM numbers appear promising for Trump. Superficially, Democrats have a large lead in requested and returned VBM ballots. Black voters have requested 31% of VBM ballots, and have returned roughly 33% of VBM ballots, a number a little above their voter registration %.
