Like the true true sociopath that Klinton is, he doesn't regret letting off one of the FBI's most-wanted. His only regret is the damage to his PR and the astonishing speed that the DemonRats abandoned him after he was no longer politically useful (even Klinton apologist Barney Fag condemned the pardon and had some real strong words against Klinton).
As bad as the Rich pardon was, it's small potatoes compared to the corruption that directly led to our nation's weakening over the last 8 years that led directly to the events of Sept. 11th.

I just wish Clinton would regret Degrading the Presidency and Desecrating the Oval Office!!!!

"Regrets" in the sense that a six year old "regrets" getting caught with his hand in the cookie jar.

Excellent compilation. It is noteworthy that some of those mentioned in the NYT article, are not only working in Der Shlickmeister's behalf, but they have joined to lift up Senator Dasshole from the pounding he has been taking. And with this crowd it means of course fighting fact with fabrication. I read the other day in an article which reported Lucianne Goldberg had met the evil one, and that he evidently still has many courtiers, among the ones that I remembered were Dianne Sawyer and Billy Crystal. I know all I need to know about the Rapist-in-Chief, but I am still interested to know just who are the depraved that would pay him tribute.

I see you've got Hillary in that Palestinian head dress. Good. Bill and Hillary loved the Arafats. I think Yasser was sure Clinton would swing him a better deal with Bibi. Wonder who told him that?
God those Clinton's were bad. Is there a subject that they didn't defile in eight years?

CLINTON "REGRETS" PARDONING RICH The headline would be a lot more believable if it included:
AND AGREES TO DONATE TO CHARITY THE TWENTY MILLION DOLLARS RICH HAD DEPOSITED IN CLINTON'S SWISS BANK ACCOUNT

Like Klinton's infidelity, the only thing Bubba regrets is getting caught...

Clinton regrets ever insult to the integrity of the nation or of any office he holds after he is caught, not because of the insult, but because he got caught.

Klintoon: Ken Starr made me do it. Am I surprised? Not. Good stuff Mia, but could you streamline somewhat for those of us with dialup? NP

I'm sure the SOB regretted it all the way to the bank. Probably even shed a tear and bit his lip as he was cashing the check.

I get the impression you don't like the Clintons! LOL

If there is any Freeper who still has not read "THE FINAL DAYS - The Last Desperate Abuses of Power by the Clinton White House" by Barbara Olson, you should read it. She tells all about the Rich pardon and others. There were SO many. In all Clinton commuted 21 drug dealers, he seems to have a special place in his heart for them! Chapter 10 is titled IF I WERE A RICH MAN and is all about Marc Rich. Chapter 11 is title EMPTY THE PRISONS, and that is what it appeared Clinton wanted to do through his presidential pardons. There were fifty or more pardons that didn't go through the Dept. of Justice channels as they should have. Barbara's book is EXCELLENT!!!!!! Plus, she was a Freeper and I knew her. She was just so lovely in so many ways!

I could see a decent man saying one of the following:
"I think Marc Rich was innocent, which is why I gave him a pardon. I have endured a lot of criticism for it, which I admit has been hard on me. Nevertheless, I was willing to weather the criticism to help an innocent man."
I made a mistake by pardoning Marc Rich. I was misinformed about the true nature of what he did. Some may say I pardoned him as a payoff, but the truth is that I honestly believed he was innocent. I'm sorry for being misinformed."
But what kind of person says "He was innocent, but I'm sorry I pardoned him because it made me look bad?" If Rich was truly innocent, wouldn't the criticism be a small price to pay to help?
(Of course, Marc Rich is guilty. I'm just pointing out that Clinton's statement reveals Clinton's lack of character, REGARDLESS OF THE FACTS ON MARC RICH. I'd like to see a Clinton defender squirm out of this one.)

He "regrets" getting caught.
