Federal judge examines Flight 800: court inquiring if investigators abused justice system

My father flew the DC-8 for 20 years. This plane had a center fuel tank, that on some trips, contained only "slosh fuel" as stated as the ignition point for flight 800. There was never any such problem, ever. I have asked several pilots of 747's if this could happen and they have all said no way! Aviation fuel takes more than a spark to ignite it, and nothing less than a fire would cause it to explode. Many experts have said that this could not have been the reason for the destruction of Flight 800. But, this and the eyewitness accounts of 110 people, would not convince the investigaters that a missle was at fault.

I don't think that was the problem with TWA 800. I think it was a shoulder-launched SAM and the Clinton re-election team buried it. They didn't want to deal with it.

If he had announced it was a terrorist attack and DID SOMETHING it could have stopped other attacks and maybe prevented 9-11.

It's not Vince Foster or China or a hundred other murders, but it might be one step closer to opening the eyes of a reasonable percentage of Americans to the extent of the deceit, treason, and corruption of the Clintons.

Step one to defeating an enemy is recognizing them as such.

Our two enemies are leftists and terrorists. The public now generally recognizes one of these. They won't see the other, until they first realize the level of corruption of the Clintons, and then wonder how such a disaster could have happened, right under our noses, in the White House itself. Then perhaps they will begin to realize the depth of deceit in the media, 'Rat party and other bastions of liberalism.

Oh - one aspect of this always seemed pretty obvious to me.

While I was as disappointed as the next person that Bush came into town with this "new tone", and actively discouraged anyone in his administration trying to investigate or prosecute the crimes of the previous (mis)administration, I don't fault him for doing that.

He'd have been a dead man if he had. He clearly holds to the school that says you don't pick a fight unless you intend to win it. This is not one he could have one, had he taken it head on.

I met James and Elizabeth Sanders several years ago and discussed their nightmare of trying to get to the bottom of this government cover-up. The CIA film animation of what the government contends happened to the plane is so far out of the realm of the laws of physics as to be laughable. What the CIA was doing in the middle of the TWA 800 investigation is a comedic mystery.

Under federal law, the National Transportation Safety Board investigates airline crashes. Nobody has ever explained why the FBI seized control of the entire investigation and wouldn't let the NTSB do its work, thus breaking the laws of the United States.

We don't live under a government of laws. The legal process in America is a fabrication - a damn lie.

Jet fuel is basically kerosene. You can put a match out in kerosene. It has to be heated in jet engines before it goes to the the combustion chamber. Once heated it is almost as volitle as gasoline. Gasoline would not work in Jet engines for obvious reasons. It is too volitle and would cause exlosions.

The CLINTON/GORE explanation of flight 800 never made any sense. Why had it never occured before? (center tank explosion) I hope we get answers.

I disagree with you only very slightly. I suspect a missile slightly larger than a shoulder-fired one, possibly a pedestal-mount vehicular or light naval unit, or perhaps an air-to-air aircraft missile reworked for ground launch and control, similar to the British Rapier or U.S. Chapparal.
