Ya know...I always figured if Condit went down he'd make sure to take a few with him. Davis spoke out against Condit as soon as he realized he was poison. Both the Modesto Bee & Sacramento Bee called for Condit's resignation.

Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmm......

Wonder how much of this info got to the Sac Bee via Condit, (indirectly of course)!

And, we must not forget, from http://www.usatoday.com/life/cyber/tech/2001-02-20-clinton-oracle.htm:
02/06/2002 - Updated 05:21 PM ET

Clinton greeted warmly at Oracle event

Bill Haber, AP
Former President Clinton addresses Oracle's convention Monday in New Orleans.

NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Bill Clinton, shunning discussion of the Marc Rich pardon, told business software and Internet specialists Monday he was fortunate to be president while their industry blossomed.

With about two dozen demonstrators gathered outside the hall protesting the Rich pardon and other of Clinton's recent political troubles, the audience of nearly 10,000 inside the convention hall gave Clinton a standing ovation before and after his speech.

Larry Ellison, Oracle CEO, introduced Clinton as a courageous leader whose aggressive moves to foster global trade — while unpopular in the former president's Democratic Party — gave America's technology leaders unprecedented opportunities to tap world markets.

Ellison invited Clinton four months ago to speak at this week's Oracle Appsworld Convention, a massive gathering of the company's software developers and trading partners. Clinton was paid for the speech, but the fee was not disclosed. He was paid $100,000 for his first speaking engagement after leaving the White House..."

Someone is now calling this Oraclegate. I like it.
Nationally syndicated talk show host Hugh Hewitt was asking his listeners for Gray Davis/Oracle scandal names on Friday.

Some that I remember were:

e-Scam
For a Few Dollars More-acle
Oracle: "We own at least ONE governor..."

I hope he gets nailed. And I hope someone alerts every single teacher belonging to the teacher's union that his or her dues money probably went to davis-who asked for a mere ONE MILLION from the union for campaign help. Davis is a pig....but with clinton as his role model and mentor, whaddaya expect? Not much. For sure. And for certain, no character or dignity.

After all, the news of the Oracle contribution came on the same day that the governor's appointees on the state Building Standards Commission voted, against the original recommendation of its own staff and at the behest of the plumbers union, to block the use of plastic pipe to carry water into homes. The decision makes California one of two states to bar the use of the pipe, which is less expensive to install. The plumbers have contributed $1.3 million to the governor.

Warning! Plastic pipe is known to the State of California to cause reduced gubernatorial contributions from the plumbers union.

Grey is self-destructing before our very eyes. Simon should coast without ever saying a thing. He's going to have to pull a Lyndon Johnson atomic bomb commercial out of his a$$ to have a chance.

GO SIMON!

Yep get some tough conservative lawyers and use the Rico Act to sue these bastards in the union and Davis's flunkee appointees. They should be easy to fry. How much did Davis's flunkee apointments get paid by the Plumbers Union for this outrageous crime against home buyers in Kali.

You tell 'em, Grandpa!

From http://www.e-businessworld.com/english/crd_ebiz_297649.html:

Oracle snares former White House press secretary

Oracle announced Tuesday that former White House Press Secretary Joe Lockhart has joined the business software supplier and will become a member of its senior management team reporting directly to the company's Chairman and Chief Excutive Officer Larry Ellison.

Lockhart will focus on refining and communicating Oracle's business strategy, the company said in a statement. Prior to joining the White House staff in 1997, where he served as assistant to the president and press secretary, Lockhart also was national press secretary for the Bill Clinton/Al Gore 1996 re-election campaign.

"Joe brings perspective and experience not commonly found in Silicon Valley companies," Ellison said in the statement.

The announcement follows the departures of two high-ranking Oracle executives in recent months, which had raised concerns among industry observers about the stability of the high-flying database vendor's senior management team.

Earlier this month, Oracle's Executive Vice President Gary Bloom, a 14-year veteran of the company, left to become chief executive officer at Veritas Software.

Bloom's departure further depleted the company's top management ranks in the aftermath of the surprise resignation in early July of Ray Lane, the company's president and chief operating officer.
