Washington DC's woke Mayor Muriel Bowser will travel on a taxpayer-funded jaunt to Las Vegas with her team just hours from now.
It comes just weeks after the Democrat faced backlash for attending the lavish Masters golf tournament that cost $5,000 per person, Bowser personally revealed.
The mayor will travel with a team of 14 on an 'economic mission' to the International Council of Shopping Centers at the Wynn Las Vegas on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, according to her public calendar.

It’s poverty thinking that is behind it. Every poor black child that grows up to become a worldclass athlete tends to have their entourages. It’s basically a way to say, “I made it”
These female black mayors who do this are basically saying the same thing.
Sure they are required. We think of them as lavish trips under the guise of “business.”
It is business. Things and plans can be made at such events that could not be normally discussed in the government offices.
Trip to Vegas? Who did they meet with in Vegas?
What are these boots on the ground minions planning? How to handle the protests post November election? How to handle ballot stuffing?
These trips are not what they appear to be on the surface. Republicans need to stop acting so dumb and scratch below the surface.
Think what you want, but this is community organizing at the upper levels. It is locking in the loyalty cards and spit-balling actions and/or reactions to upcoming events.
It could be as well, I don’t know.
I just know how people, who came from poor backgrounds tend to react when they come into a lot of money. They want to show they made it, which is why lottery winners will almost always be broke within five years of a win.
I see this mayor acting that way.
Who in their right mind would want to invest in a shopping center near Washington, D.C. where looting and theft have forced hundreds of businesses to shut down while leaving the perps free to plunder what remains?

In a Trump administration, I would hope that the Feds would arrest her on federal corruption charges before she leaves Las Vegas.

Paul Young of Memphis, who won office on 27% of the vote has this problem fixed. He’s just raising property and school taxes by 28%. After 100 days in office he said it was “the last thing he wanted to do.”, so it’s the first thing he’s doing.
“economic mission”. That’s pure, unaltered, brown stuff coming fresh out of a bull’s ass. Their idea of an “economic mission” is to foolishly spend tax payer’s dollars, then wonder why the city is broke.
