April 4-The UN, led by Amercians best friend Israel who is at war with terrorist in Aghanistan, voted 15-0 for the US to halt its military action to destroy the terrorist infrastructure that is attacking them daily. Sharon, which supported the action until today, flip flopped and called for the US to stop its mission. However he also put pressure on OBL to end the suicide attacks. However OBL has broken 10 cease fires the past 18 months. Sharon is sending his prime minister to the States to try to broker yet another cease fire. in the mean time the US found documents with ObL's personaly aprroving funding for the terrorist operations.. Once again today's headlines Israel calls for the US to stop its military operation to destroy the terrorist infrastructure and called for OBL once agian to stop the attacks........in other News Israel continued its war against terrorism today by attacking targets with b-52's and ac-130 gunships, they were some civilian deaths............
What troubles me is that it seems all but the US is Anti-Israel, and Pro arafat.
That includes the media here in the US.
WHY?
For starters, America would have the sense not to turn everyone in the world against us by constantly shaking everyone down for reparations, smearing entire countries and playing victim to the point where billions of people don't want anything to do with us.
This is not to say that I support hate crimes, most of the time they serve no purpose. But if a bunch of French mosques were to go up in flames, it might send the Arabs over there a message, "burn a synagogue, lose a mosque." And then they just might QUIT IT. Just look at the violence in India. Since the Hindus went on a rampage, murdering hundreds of Muslim civilians, the incidence of train-burning massacres has dropped by approximately 100%. Muslims know there is a direct cost to them associated with terrorism, which means they are less likely to support it.
The balance of terror does not seem to work so well in a place like Israel, where Muslims already feel they've lost everything, and that they have no hope (or, conversely, that they think the terror is working, and that it's their best hope). Bush needs to speak more about Palestinians not achieving statehood if they refuse to stop the terror, that would get their attention very, very, very quickly.
You really believe that they want nothing to do with us? If so, you are worse off than I thought....
Maybe Gore WOULD have been better. Republicraticans would have fought Gore on outrages like amnesty for illegal Mexicans, awful education bill, protectionism for steel industry, un-Constititional CFR, etc. Bush has not exactly been stuffing courts with conservatives, either. And the Sore/Loserman factor is going to come back to haunt RepublicRats in 2002.
Besides, since BOTH parties are obviously intent on turning America into a European-style international socialist state, I'd rather the DemocRats did quickly so the revolution starts while I'm still young enough to get my licks in...
I was referring to Israel. Are there any countries aside from the USA and maybe Great Britain which are supporting Israel right now? If there are, I've missed them. There are reasons why Israel lost the PR battle. This didn't happen in 1967 as I recall.
Thanks for coming out of the closet wo we can all see what a dope you are.
I'm sick and tired of the wishy-washy, two-faced BULLSHIT from this administration on the current middle-east situation. Bush is going wobbly on Israel and it's making me sick.
And now, we all get to read this kind of smarmy crap from the left wing Euro-weenies. God, I'm going to wretch.
