"I am not up to speed on the particular bone you two dogs are chewing on!!!"
Mine is his continual attacks on the military and vets.
Check his find in forum posts, you'll see what I mean.
BTW did you know according to him I helped kill 58,000 Americans in Viet Nam
because I was in Viet Nam and doing my job?
Now he insists that the US Senate ratified this treaty but can't prove that.
Yet he wants Bush punished for a worthless signature klintoon did.
To: Spar
"The facts hurt you I know."
Still waiting for the link to US Senate ratification.
You said Bush supports this court.
When did he send it to the Senate floor?
WHERE ARE YOUR FACTS?
To: Spar
Where's the link to the US Senate ratification?

Spar, you are a bad man...
while you have one valid thought, ie the UN is a sham Institution, I repudiate all else you say!!
First, the count of Fine American Men that died in Viet Nam has just gone slightly aove 59,000...
second 68-69TonkinGulfYatchClub and I, Nitro, have served in The Finest Branch of the service...
The United States Navy, we have the biggest toys and can kill more than any other service...
so watch your step,...
I'd hate to see you on my RADAR!!

Sec. 3261 is not relevent to the discussion. Are you now claiming to be a lawyer too?
To: 68-69TonkinGulfYatchClub
Gee, d'ya think that might be why the lead agency to develop military tribunal procedures was DOD and not DOJ???
To: Nitro
68-69TonkinGulfYatchClub and I, Nitro, have served in The Finest Branch of the service...The United States Navy It's a please to see that you still recognize the US Navy as the finest branch of the service. Now if we could just get you to remove that "DOGS AND SAILORS KEEP OFF THE GRASS" sign from your front yard, we would be convinced of your sincerity. ;-)
To: Scuttlebutt
I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York...
what is a front yard?

Actually I and my buds are lucky, we lived in an apartment building that has the absolutely perfect ledge running around it at about 3 ft off the ground...
and we played a game we called off the wall...
we would take a run up to the ledge and chuck it and depending on the "bounce" of the Spalding (spal-deen) we could almost get it over the roof of the 6th floor of the apartment building across the street!!
Althought that never happened, but that building did have bricks sticking out at ir-regular patterns, we called those "tits"...
(it was best on offense) as in the ball is going way up and up and the other team is getting in place and we are saying "tit me", "tit me"...
sometimes that would happen and then it still wasn't over because both sides of the street were filled with cars...
then it might hit a windshield and then another and....
all I can really say is, if we had one camera...
we would have had a bunch of video that would have knocked your eyes out!!!

and we are saying "tit me", "tit me"... You should have grown up in the boondocks like I did. "Tit me, tit me" had an entirely different meaning to us youngsters.
Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't but we always had our hopes up with the girls.

Perhaps this will give you one reason why I "like" to get on Spar's case all the time.

Speaking of Tonkin, who was correct?
The State Dept that lied and claimed it was attacked or the North Vietnamese who rightly said no attack took place?
If you supported the State Dept you just helped contribute to the death of 50,0000 Americans.
To: colorado tanker
Its not? The nation of FYROM should be able to charge high ranking officers of the armed service for aiding and abetting terrorism by providing an armed escort to known terrorists. I want the officers and State Dept officials that gave those orders to elements of 101st identified and tried. That section of the law code damn well does apply.

While I understand and admire your motives, I've told you before that you are just pissing into the wind by replying to Spar.
There comes a time when you either have to rip off his head and sh!t down his windpipe or ignore him entirely. It's your choice
I personally don't have the patience to be bothered by the arrogant little punk.

You know I would never imagine that 'Nam vets of all people would feel ok that their govt. took their youth away fighting a war that originated from a lie. I never thoughtI would meet a 'Nam vet who supports the lie LBJ used to start us on a war this nation did not need to fight.
My point was and is-if you allow the State Dept to sucker us into wars without question we become just as guilty as those who lie to us. If my point was over dramatic, so be it.
Tonkin of course did not link the article issued by the Navy that admitted LBJ lied about the Tonkin incident.
I don't take one word I said back and I damn this govt. for allowing a UN court to operate right now funded by my tax dollars while it says it is against a UN court.
Now it is the Serbs, once it is done with them it will be us.
I know what I say is uncomfortable to you and that you seek to avoid the thrust of my point here and there. That's fine. My posts and my links speak volumes to the reader.
I have nothing but respect to the Vets and the best respect I can show to Vets is to make sure they are not used to fight in wars they should not be in.
I lost my idealism when I saw US troops escort Islmaic terrorists that hot summer day a month before 9/11. It was not the soldiers fault, but their commanding officers and their civilian accomplices in the State Dept. who serve in their positions this very day.

I'm done with him now.
I proved, point by point, that he can't back up his tin foil stories.
Well unless he can show the US Senate vote ratifying the treaty that he says Bush endorsed. LOL
