Thanks for posting this Tumbleweed!
From my understanding the Senate has never ratified this treaty
and President Bush has indicated the US WILL NOT be part of this "court."
For the last few days I have seen a select group of FReepers
"worried" about the fate of a known commie, Milosevic, being tried by his commie peers.
Now some FReepers are "upset" that one of his commie aides killed himself.
Let the commies devour each other!
I just find it hard to believe that some FReepers actually think the US military won't protect them
from being dragged off to the UN "court."

Can you imagine every time a U.S. cabinate member left the left the Country they would be seized. You poluted our Earth, invaded our Country, have too much money, have the death penalty our just for the fact your from the U.S. what a joke.
To: Tumbleweed_Connection
Let's send the ratification of the ICC to the Senate floor for a roll-call vote on it. All who vote to ratify it would then be openly guilty of treason, punishable by death. Likewise, any member of Congress who would oppose this legislation by Rep Paul would also be guilty of treason. Hopefully, the 'Rats would show their true communist colors on this one.

Isn't the fact that Clinton signed this POS in the first place an open admission of treason by him???? What does it take to spell this out to his moronic apologists?

SKS Snajperi hope you don't get banned like you did under your last FReeper name, HoChiMinh, last month.

"under the terms of the 1969 Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties,
"no nation may be bound by a treaty to which that nation has not consented."
"Therefore the United States, which has not consented" to the ICC "cannot be bound" by its terms"
Like I said let the commie judges judge the rich commie
Milosevic and give him a taste of his own medicine.
Americans need not be concerned over the fate of a commie.
Milosevic's own people voted him out of office as payback for his treatment of them.
He got rich while they sufferd.

Like Ruby Ridge, Waco and the taking of Elian?
This country is under civilian authority (as it should be), but, can we trust people who pass a freedom restricting law as the p.a.t.r.i.o.t. (read Gestapo Law) and the limiting of free speech under the CFR law? I think not! Can we trust people who want to reward illegal aliens with citizenship? I think not! Can we trust people who voted us into the World Trade Association where people who play by different rules are allowed to determine if our trade policies are fair? I think not!
All these , by themselves, are seemingly not important, but, an overview will show a pattern forming and it's not a healthy one for Americans, IMO

You bring up some valid points.
I give you credit for worrying about America instead of worrying about a commie like some FReepers do.
To: 68-69TonkinGulfYatchClub
America and Americans are my primary concern. Those freepers who worry about commies/socialists/totalitarians are of the same ilk ,but, do not have the courage to come out and say so. I might add that I am concerned for Israel also. I just hope we don't betray them.

Likewise!
Why any FReeper would worry about a commie getting what he deserves,
i.e. judgement by his commie peers, is beyond me.

"Let's send the ratification of the ICC to the Senate floor for a roll-call vote on it."
Glad you brought that up.
Some FReepers are convinced this is already a done deal.
