From my understanding the Senate has never ratified this treaty
and President Bush has indicated the US WILL NOT be part of this "court."
For the last few days I have seen a select group of FReepers
"worried" about the fate of a known commie, Milosevic, being tried by his commie peers.
Now some FReepers are "upset" that one of his commie aides killed himself.
Let the commies devour each other!
I just find it hard to believe that some FReepers actually think the US military won't protect them
from being dragged off to the UN "court."

Let's send the ratification of the ICC to the Senate floor for a roll-call vote on it. All who vote to ratify it would then be openly guilty of treason, punishable by death. Likewise, any member of Congress who would oppose this legislation by Rep Paul would also be guilty of treason. Hopefully, the 'Rats would show their true communist colors on this one.

Seems to me that national sovereignty is the central pillar of the UN charter.
The "self determination" clause was a hand grenade introduced late in the formation of the UN by mischief makers...
Will have to do a little research to remember how...

Great another bill that will go no where. Just like the Servicemembers Protection Act of 2001. That one was to protect US Service Members from the World Court. Where is that one? Ask Senator Biden, Leahy and Kerry! They are holding it up. Hell we got guy's and gal's all over the place and they are not protected from the same morons at the UN that would love to see a US Soldier, Sailor, or Airman hung.

When are people really going to get mad and start pounding their congressional reps on these issues??
