A 10-YEAR-OLD Bahraini girl yesterday sent a heart-breaking appeal to US President George Bush, urging him to stop the Israeli massacre of Palestinians.
Modern Knowledge School student Fajer Hussain Mohammed presented a letter yesterday to US Ambassador Ronald Neumann, at the embassy in Zinj.
"What caused this anger, to kill poor, innocent children," Fajer asks in her letter to President Bush.
"The children of Palestine have a right to enjoy their childhood and not die at this young age."
Fajer, accompanied by her mother Mona Ibrahim, read the letter to Mr Neumann, who promised to make sure that it is delivered to President Bush.
They both later released a white pigeon from its cage in the embassy's courtyard, as a symbol of peace.
"I am very pleased by the warm welcome I received from Mr Neumann, whom I am sure will do his best to give this letter to the US president," said Fajer.
"The letter was my only way to express my deep sadness about the brutal killing of the Palestinian people by the Israeli armies.
"I wish I could have done more for my brothers and sisters in Palestine but for the time being this is all I can do."
Fajer said she wrote the letter to President Bush because she was confident he would be able to end the war in Palestine.
"The president is a very strong and powerful man. I am sure that somehow he can come out with a solution and stop the killing of the innocent people in Palestine," she added.
Open letter to Bush...

Israeli-Occupied Washington DC
Dear Mr President,
I saw footage of the destruction of Bethlehem on CNN. I am sickened and repulsed at the wanton destruction of this city. Unfortunately, every Palestinian city is experiencing the same. I have many friends in Bethlehem, all of whom have families, young children. God only knows the terrors they are experiencing. I am so sad and angry that I can barely write this note to you. While you are probably sleeping, your allies are slaughtering the hopes of an entire people and destroying their lives. You make me ashamed to be an American citizen.
You have made the entire nation accomplices to this barbarism. You have made all Americans accomplices to Nazi-like thuggery and it is a stain the American nation will NEVER be able to remove. Just as the Germans have been stained by their past, so have you stained the reputation forever of every American citizen.
Mr President, your continued support for the regime of Israel and its murderous and destructive action is disgusting and immoral. I don't know what Bible you read but it is not the one I used when attending Mass in Bethlehem. For you to ever walk in a church after your support for this murderous escapade will be sinful.
You can be assured that I and my entire family will spend the rest of our lives to make sure that this Nazi-like nation never receives another US penny to use to murder more people. When I worked in the US Congress, I considered what we were giving to be excessive then. Now, we have already given $100 billion to Israel. The problem they face is that their greed to steal more land and murder more people met with resistance and they are paying the price. The occupation has corrupted that country to its rotten core.
Israel defending itself. What a joke. Ariel Sharon is a war criminal and you have made us his sponsor. This is no war on terror. This is terror unleashed on an entire unarmed population with a few fighters trying to defend their families and homes. You have stained the reputation of the United States of America. My country!!!
Mr President, you are an embarrassment to humanity. And, unfortunately, you have just cheapened the life of every American. Your administration will go down in history as the one that snapped the moral fibre of this country to the rest of the world.
Ashamedly yours.
Therefore, your posting will soon be deemed the work of an anti-Semitic disruptor.
Sorry...
Your people have hounded Israel from Day 1 of its existence. They have plotted its destruction through a number of wars, killed innocent civilians through terrorist actions and suicide bombings, tried to isolate it, invade it, tear it asunder.
Under normal circumstances, no state would tolerate this kind of nonsense. Israel's obligation is to protect her people. It was created in the first place to ensure that a massacre like the Holocaust never happened again.
If the Palestinians do not raise a hand to Israel again, the retaliation will stop. But not before. And no one should stop Israel from defending itself. Even if it offends brainwashed children.
Your people also have committed a great crime against my country, Britain, by your support of IRA terrorists that have killed my countrymen. Your people's religious fanaticism created the World Trade Centre incident and the slaughter of innocents from a variety of nations, including Muslim ones.
It is not Israel nor the West that needs to stop. If you want to live in peace, purge the hatred in your own heart. If not, it will be purged for you by force.
Mad Ivan
Is she talking about the children that the Palestinians are training to become suicide bombers?
On another thread somebody pointed out that the protesters were the Iranian style of Muslims. Many were carrying Hezbollah flags.
Precisely. Sod them.
We got a good dose of what all this was about on the day of the WTV attack and I will never forget this - after the attack, the Israelis sent specialists to help pull people out of the rubble. The Palestinians fired guns in the air to celebrate. That is the end of the discussion so far as I am concerned. Israel is doing us a favour.

I weep for every Arab child so perverted by a contemptible cowardly old man.
My advice to Sharon: Arrest him and fly him to The Hague. If the Europeans like him, let 'em have him.
There are two sides in this struggle: One is prepared to offer land, the other is prepared to offer "the right to exist."
That argument should have been settled six decades ago. As it says on the wall at Dachau, "Never Again."
But, as the old song says, "I'll Never Say 'Never Again' Again."

Sincerely,
The Good Guys
