To top that off...back in 1985 when I moved back here from a computer stint in Chicago, one of the first editorials in our local "Panama City News Herald" (very fair, no spin newspaper) that I read was about Graham's family getting million$ from the government's ag-bucks program for producing zero dairy products on their dairy farm holdings in Florida. )
Where's a liberal when you need one? Mr. Graham, if you really believe what you say, you'd be turning over those dairy products to "society's downtrodden" instead of accepting millions of taxpayer dollars from the U.S. Gov.
The Washington Post was published by a close relative of Bob Graham (she recently died...possibly one reason why Bob is dropping out of politics.) I think her name was Katherine Graham.
Ever notice: There is way too much inbreeding amongst the liberals.

Graham again manages to sound "moderate" and "reasoned" despite his liberal voting record. My sentiments EXACTLY... if only Floridians knew/took the time to see how he VOTES !!
passing it on....

I was thinking the same exact thing. Everyone LAUGHS at the "threats" we get that are unspecified, general etc. However, when we get news of one of these same exact reports that happened in August, the freaking media goes wild with speculation. Idiots.

Hey there, fellow Floridian! :-) When I read that report this morning I thought, "Bob Graham KNOWS he's in trouble, and he is backpeddling faster than a golfer who's ball landed in a Florida swamp." I do believe that if the Dems keep this up (do it do it!) we will win back the Senate in November. I am sick to damn death of the slimey games they play in DC and I am ready for all those rats to be swept out as soon as POSSIBLE. !!!! ;-) Deej

The fact that Florida has two socialists for U.S. senators is a disgrace. I have posed this question to the Republican groups down here, and boy, do they get defensive. To which I say, "I don't want to hear that crapola -- you guys blew it and you know it." Now we're stuck with them for years to come.
Both Bob Graham and Bill Nelson need to go. The sooner the better.

DemocRATS trying to close that can of worms? You bet. The biggest worm of all probably began screaming like a stuck pig when the daylight began filtering down into that can. He even sent the she-worm out to "demand immediate answers".

Ever notice: There is way too much inbreeding amongst the liberals. Well, they have few options. Who else would have them? ;-)
I'm really only half-joking; this is the very reason why I've never trusted Mary Matalin.

Thanks for the heads up!

Katherine Graham was married to Phillip Graham (suicide), Bob Graham's older brother.

Sadly his democratic base here in FL are happy with his voting record. He is a Daschle kind of guy.
