Sorry dude, but the dog WILL hunt.

You are just a little crybaby is all, you want it ALL your way or NO way.

Fact of the matter is, like a good neighbor I would go over and ask if I could help you fix up the place a little, or maybe ask you politely to NOT rent to a bunch of scumbags that would LOWER my property value and be a possible danger to my children. I HAVE RIGHTS as well, one of those is not to destroy my property to such an extent that it brings down the value in yours. AGAIN, I am discussing neighborhoods, not 1-5 acre lots. I am talking suburbia, I won't live in suburbia because of the fact that I expect NOT to be able to do what I wish with my property, if you live in the crowded suyburbs your property will have a DIRECT effect on mine. Therefore NO, you do not have the right to do WHATEVER you want with your property, if that action hurts the value or directly hurts my property.

This, "I have rights, even if I trample on yours" is just what the constitution guards against. You cannot trample on my rights in order to excercise yours, be it directly or indirectly.

The dog hunts, and it just smacks of common sense and decency, which I guess I should NOT expect from you as a neighbor? Is that right?

In 1994, Vera Coking received an ominous letter from the New Jersey Casino Reinvestment Development Authority.

On July 20, 1998, New Jersey Superior Court Judge Richard Williams ruled against New Jersey’s Casino Reinvestment Authority and in favor of Vera Coking.

WHERE IS THE COMMON SENSE? I shouldn't have to explain this, it should be BLATANTLY OBVIOUS!!!

Ouch!

So if I under you correctly, Mexicans and Blacks who drive old vehicles can move next door to you and open an auto repair shop only if they increase your property value. But if you believe the property value decreased, you will use the power of government to stop them or get money out of them. And if it both increased and decreased circumstantially, I guess you would figure out which one pays you the most.

I guess you think good home cooking restaurant owner's should be able to sue cheap fast food restaurant that open up in the same small town for decreasing the value of their restaurant with cheap quick hamburgers.

Lawyer, lawyers, lawyers, or do you prefer neighborhood block wardens. Fascism has arrived - seig heil.

No common sense whatsoever, what should I expect?

Oh well, just make sure that I know where you live so that I don't move next door to you. I would NOT want neighbors like you.

No common sense whatsoever.....

Ad hominem argument is all you have left - I actually expected better. Guess I'm wrong.
